Хорошее расположение. В номере чистота и порядок, все самое необходимое в номере есть.

Erg vriendelijke mensen! De woning is prettig. Een airco is niet nodig, want het is een coole woning. Verder voldoet de woning aan wat er in de omschrijving staat. Ik had gebruik gemaakt van een transfer vanaf de luchthaven en ben heel vriendelijk ontvangen door de gastheren.

The owner and his family were nice and helpful.

The room turned out to be small and very basic despite boasting the whole list of amenities - for example, access to kitchen stuff - fridge, kettle, etc - I had none of them. I asked if I could use the kitchen next to my room but the answer was: not really. My room had an occasional sewer stench problem coming from the bathroom, with windows that didn't open - this made it unbearable sometimes. The courtyard view turned out to be a street view with life violine concerts carried out until 23-24. The location is rather difficult, in a bit run down, shady looking neighbourhood, requiring to take Bolt each time when I wanted to go to the Centre, especially in the evening. Finally - you pay upfront for the whole stay, so if you don't like it, you are either stuck there or you lose money.
