Loved our time in the amazing location.

Amazing location on a cliff above a small cove. Comfortable space. Everything you need. Heavenly to sit in the hot tub listening to the crashing waves and looking at the stars.

Floorboard heater struggled to warm main area.

The view is so private and spectacular!

Since a prior visit the foliage separating this property from its south neighbor has been cut down such that the hot tub does not offer privacy at all! Suggest some low profile barrier so it doesn’t feel like neighbors can watch you in hot tub!

Amazing!

Location 10/10. Extremely peacefull place for a getaway from everything. The view was STUNNING, having a hot tub with a view of the ocean was truly amazing! Waking up to the sound of the ocean was great, and at night the stars were out as well. Overall in terms of the view and location, it couldn't have been better. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything I needed, the living room was great. Would definitely come here again.

More info on starting the hot tub, but I did figure it out. Wasn't sure if we could use the wood burning stove, it was pretty rusty. Master bed was very firm & uncomfortable. Also would be nice if there was an awning or EZ-UP for the back deck. Trees need to be trimmed up for the view from the hot tub.

We loved just sitting and staring at the ocean.

The ocean! The hot tub! It is so beautiful up there, I really love the area, so serene.

Porch light and carport light were not working. One night we came back after dark and would have been nice to have light.

Pleasant and comfy, but needs deep clean

The view was outstanding. Amenities were perfect and space plentiful. Near local attractions and restaurants. Guest book and welcome info made us feel at home. Hot tub and grill nice bonuses. Well stocked kitchen.

The place could use a deep clean. With the hefty cleaning fee, I'd expect a more thorough clean. Rug had stains, dust in several places (baseboards on walls), floors need to be mopped and new floor mats placed in the kitchen. When the ceiling fan was on low it kicked up lots of dust and we started sneezing. Dead bolt did not engage with key from the inside, so we only had the little lock in use overnight. Blinds were broken in bedroom and didn't close all the way. Wood for fireplace only had on log - the wood hadn't been replenished prior to our arrival.

In all the location and view were amazing and beautiful. Interior furnishing needed updating.

Location, location, location.

Date furnishings. Blinds were broken bedroom. Shade was broken on lamb next to bed. TV was limited and vague Internet service with almost zero connection. Drove and electric car no outside plug for connection near driveway.

Great quiet getaway

Great location. Fantastic hot tub. Lovely view & we could watch otters, seals, turkey vultures, whales, and other wildlife from the window or deck. Easy to get into town. Wifi was great.

Baseboard heating took a while to get right, but once we understood how it worked, it was plenty warm. We were there during storms & something was blowing around in the middle of the night. We checked the landscaping & the vents but it wounded like the noise was inside the crawl space. The kitchen is old, but was clean and everything worked. The blinds were badly repaired but still work. Big parking area but a little stressful pulling out in the curve (they need a convex mirror to give you a better view).

Besides being gouged price wise, the cottage was really nice.

After searching to locate what I wanted, Cove House was the right fit. Almost secluded right next to the ocean. The place was comfortable. Kitchen has everything needed. Propane grill, hot tub, TV worked. The extra bonus was that the weather was great.

Being Nickle & Dimed to death. Around $180 additional for cleaning!?!? And they still ask you to clean. Will not ever recommend either Vacasa or Bookings.
