We loved the apartment, it was clean and quiet and very safe. The only issue is that there is no elevator, so if you have trouble with stairs, this could be a concern as it is 4 flights up. We didnt mind the stairs and thought it was great to be at the top as the breeze was so refreshing.

Die Wohnung ist gemütlich, sauber und ordentlich.
Wir haben alles was wir brauchten vorgefunden, haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können diese Adresse ohne Bedenken weiter empfehlen.
Das große Problem für uns waren die Treppen bis in die 4. Etage.
Wir sind nicht mehr die Jüngsten, daher ist es also unser persönliches Problem gewesen.

Overall clean. We had to buy our own toilet paper (3 rolls for 2 people for an 11 day stay. The bathroom was VERY tiny. The toilet situated so close to the shower that you couldn't sit on it straight. The step down from the shower was very steep and we had a hard time hanging on to something to get out of it. The 2nd bedroom I would not recommend for older adults. Children would be fine. The ladder to the bed is very steep.
The washing machine worked well, as so the stove and oven. NO air conditioning. No fans either.
I would not recommend for people 65 and over. The four floors to drag a large suitcase up was very hard on us. There are no elevators.
Shopping for groceries was fairly close. There were a couple of cafes close by for fresh bread and pastries and one or two pubs to grab a quick meal and a beer in the evening. There is a nice park nearby and other shopping stores, drugstores, etc. within walking distance. Depending where you want to go, there are bus lines within walking distance too.
