Dear guests, our apartment is 60m² in size and offers optimal comfort for 6 people. The apartment is located in a Jugendstillhaus and has been completely renovated. The floor is laid with parquet tiles.

Both bedrooms are equipped with 2 single beds, which can be converted into double beds in no time at all. From bedroom 1 there is direct access to the cloakroom.
The living room offers 2 additional sleeping options, there is also a dining table with 6 comfortable seats.
In the apartment there is a very nice bathroom with a window, a semicircular shower, a towel warmer and a large mirror.

We are a family of 2 adults, 2 children (9+4) and were very happy with our stay there. You can park your car for an ok-price in the Messe parking lots with a ca. 15min walk away. The appartment was clean, organized well and the landlords were very helpful and responsive

The apartment was much bigger than the pictures made it seem! It was very clean and well presented, and all the essentials you need were provided! The hosts were lovely and communicative, we had all the information we needed sent to us in time, and they were very quick to respond to questions. The location of the apartment is brilliant too, as it’s only a 5 minute walk to Schlump station which has two train lines that’ll take you into central Hamburg in less than 15 minutes. My friends and I really enjoyed our stay and I shall be recommending this apartment to friends of mine who plan on visiting Hamburg!

Fantastic apartment; spacious and clean. Apartment has everything needed for ‘living’ in the city including cooking amenities. It is close to public transportation, grocery, Hamburg city, etc. we enjoy walking and we were able to get around to all the sites very easily by walk or a hop on the U and S trains. Terrific, roomy apartment in a great location! Close to everything, easy access to public transit, restaurants, and supermarkets. Lovely furnishings and a really easy layout for more than one person. The apartment is spotlessly clean, well equipped and comfortable. It is very close to good public transport links, including an s-bahn a few minutes walk away. There is a supermarket just minutes walk away too. Communication with the owners is faultless - this booking had to be rearranged from earlier in the year, and all went smoothly. I recommend this rental, and would happily stay here again.

We were very fortunate to book this great property for the Rotary International Convention in Hamburg. The convention was within walking distance from the property. Excellent transportation options were available to other sites as well. The booking process and communication with the owners were fantastic. The apartment was even better than described. Very clean and comfortable. We had everything that we needed! The owners even had some wine and chocolates for us when we arrived. When we come back to Hamburg we will make sure that we stay at this same place.

We spent 3 nights in Beate und Andrzejs lovely apartment. It is conveniently located in a cozy yet central location close to parks, supermarkets and restaurants. Within walking distance of the city centre or if you prefer the u-bahn the station is just a 10 minute-walk away. The apartment easily fits 3 travelers/couples in need of separate bedrooms. The kitchen is very well equipped and the apartment spotlessly clean. Beate and her son (who speaks english) were very welcoming at arrival, showed us around and even supplied a complementary bottle of red wine. We would be happy to come back and would definitely recommend the apartment.

We were three couples and really enjoyed our permanence in Hamburg. The house was comfortable even for six people as the living room could actually be used as third bedroom. Furniture is okay and the bathroom has everything you need. The only little problem is that there is only one shower. The position is good, you can easily reach the city center by walking or taking the train/taxi. Beate was very helpful with us before and during our staying. Overall it was a pleasure.

Together with a colleague, we went for a Wind Expo that was held just a few blocks from the apartment. As all hotels near were fully booked, the apartment was our only option. At the beginning I wasn't so sure about sharing an apartment with someone, however, I can say with confidence that we were much more comfortable than in a hotel. Not only the apartment is it's brand new, with all necessary appliances (and more!), very spacious, the rooms are very well separated, the bathroom is impeccable, very easy to keep it clean and is extremely well located! There is even a organic market one block from the apartment and all sorts of restaurants and bakeries. Besides the lovely apartment itself, we were extremely happy with the warm reception by the owner. This apartment will always be my first option whenever I go back to Hamburg for work or vacation.

The apartment was great, light and spacious, the apartment had very comfortable mattresses and very nice bathrooms which, given the uncleanliness of the apartment floors, was surprisingly clean and well appointed. Kitchen equipment was a great bonus. The hair dryer and towel warmer were very nice touches. The apartment is very well situated for young people. Lots to do in the neighborhood. The district is a bit on the outside, but very nice with lots of restaurants around, a very relaxed vibe on the streets and lots of green area's to play. Public transport brings you easily around town. The owner is on top of things and is friendly and attentive to his renters.

Diese Wohnung ist wirklich eine "Perle"!! Die beste, die wir in den letzten Jahren in HH gemietet haben! Das Objekt selbst incl. der kompletten Einrichtung ist top gepflegt und fast als neuwertig zu bezeichnen. In der sehr schönen Küche fehlt es an nichts, ob Kaffemaschine, Microwelle, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Geschirr, Besteck und alle benötigten Küchenutensilien: alles in guter Qualität vorhanden. TV-Geräte sind in beiden Schlafzimmern und im Wohnzimmer vorhanden, gibt es in anderen Objekten eher selten. Zum nächsten Bäcker sowie zur nächsten U-Bahn Station sind es jeweils nur 6-7 Gehminuten. Im Zentrum oder an den Landungsbrücken ist man in 15-20 Minuten. Die Parksituation vor dem Haus bzw. in der näheren Umgebung ist leider nicht so gut, da muss man sein Auto schon weiter entfernt parken oder in eines der umliegenden Parkhäuser fahren. Die Kommunikation mit der sehr netten und freundlichen Vermieterin war von Anfang an ganz hervorragend. Auf Fragen unsererseits wurde innerhalb kürzester Zeit geanwortet. Wir können diese Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen, für einen weiteren Hamburg-Besuch für uns auf jeden Fall 1. Wahl!

Die Wohnung ist perfekt für 2-5 Personen. Bei der Einrichtung wurde an nichts gespart und es sind auch die kleinen Dinge wie Küchenrolle und Seife etc. ausreichend vorhanden. Es gibt eine funktionierende Klimaanlage und jedes Zimmer hat ein eigenes TV. Insgesamt waren wir (2 Frauen) sehr zufrieden.

Eine sehr schöne saubere zentral gelegene Wohnung in der alles vorhanden ist. Selbst Kaffeepulver, -filter und Tee gibt es. In jedem Raum ein TV, ein Fön mit Diffusor Aufsatz, Klopapier und Grundausstattung an Gewürzen, alles vorhanden. Rundum nur zu empfehlen, gerne kommen wir wieder. Grüße Elke + Freunde

Tipp: etwas weiter außerhalb dauerhaft parken, Aktivitäten nur mit ÖPNV

Objekt ist nicht mit dem eigenen Auto zu empfehlen.Es gibt in der Nähe keine Parkmöglichkeiten.Wir haben das Auto nebenan im Merkur-hotel für 20 € pro Nacht abge- stellt.Auch mit den Öffentlichen ist es nur umständlich zu erreichen.Die Wohnung liegt in einem reinen Wohngebiet.Einkaufen oder Shopping nicht möglich.Zum Bummeln , Stadtrundfahrten oder Bootsfahrten sind es 30-40 Minuten Fußweg.Lieber eine Wohnung im Zentrum (Nähe Fußgängerzone) oder Hafencity wählen.

Die Wohnung hat eine sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung für eine Stadterkundung. In der Nähe sind U-Bahnen, Bus und S-Bahn. Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten, mit allem ausgestattet, was man für ein paar Tage Stadturlaub so braucht. Das einzige, das uns zunächst etwas gestört hat, ist die Lage im Erdgeschoss und die Lage in der Nähe einer befahrenen Straße, aber die Fenster sind super, so dass wir super schlafen konnten. Also alles bestens, sehr netter Kontakt, vielen Dank!
