This cozy, fully equipped two-room apartment offers central accommodations in Hamburg for up to four people and is ideal for anyone who doesn’t need a bustling nightlife but still wants to stay in a central and stylish location.

The Accommodation
The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a mixed-use residential and commercial building with several units.
You can easily reach the apartment by elevator or via the traditional staircase.
The living room and bedroom feature beautiful laminate flooring, so you won’t have cold feet even in winter. You enter the apartment through the hallway, from which all the rooms lead off. On the right is the shower room with a glass partition. Fresh towels are provided and are already included in the price. A hair dryer is also available for your use.
Straight ahead, you’ll find the separate kitchen, which is equipped with everything you need for a good start to the day and a balanced meal. Here, in addition to the stove and oven, you’ll find a Nespresso coffee machine and a small selection of exquisite coffee and tea varieties. You’ll also find household items such as a mop and an iron.
The living area awaits you with a dining table that seats up to 4 people. Just a few steps away, you can make yourself comfortable on the beautiful couch in front of the smart TV. The couch is a cozy, multifunctional sofa that can be converted into a bed measuring 1.60 m x 2.00 m. From here, you can step out onto the narrow but long balcony, which also features a small table with two chairs.
The bedroom features a comfortable 1.80 x 2.00 m wooden bed. Thanks to the double-glazed windows, you’ll sleep soundly without any loud noises. A large closet offers plenty of storage space. You’ll also find a clothes drying rack here.
High-speed Wi-Fi (> 100 Mbit) allows you to work and stream videos without any issues. You’ll gain access to the apartment via an electronic door lock.
You’ll discover lots of exciting decor—I love customizing each apartment individually. Look forward to it and make yourself at home!!!

Access to the building is managed via a key box. There are numerous paid parking spaces in front of the house and on the adjacent streets. There are also free parking spaces about 500 m away on the side streets.
