Castell Chalet

Really great location and lovely host.

Really enjoyed our stay but very squeaky double bed and very small TV. Not a massive problem just the only things I would change.

Located well, with a 15 minute walk to the beach defences down a lane. Surrounded by mature trees it is secluded with road noise fading in the evening. The host is lovely and really accommodating. The accommodation is as shown with decor utilising an array of eclectic items. The bed is so comfy. Could park my long car near the caravan and develop my three point turn.

Too much mismatching charity shop objet d’art for my liking… I was dying to remove the voiles, lacy things and plastic flowers in things.

Beautiful location,has a nice view,massive space outside for the kids to play,the shops are really close,easy to move around. The owner was nice showing us around,books to read for who wants. Highly recommended.

The area is lovely within driving distance of all amenities.

There are 3 bedrooms one double & two singles one of the single rooms was not much more than a metre wide the beds were very small - fine for young children but not for adults - both beds/mattresses could do with replacing. The chalet contained all items needed but the worktop based cooker was pretty old I wouldn’t have trusted using it & the microwave old too. We were met by a lovely host who’d left a few essentials milk & wine !! Sadly there was no hot water I called at the house but noons was home so to wash we had to boil the kettle!! Not ideal Yes definitely needs a little modernisation.
