The view and location was fine

Paint peeling off the walls and staircase. Dirty in places e.g. bar chair base. Holes in the ceiling. Recessed ceiling light that wasn't working. Smoke detector in operable. Blind partially broken. Vacuum cleaner not emptied and smelling. Kitchen bin lid broken.

It was a good base for a sailing week

Excellent location close to the town and the sailing club. The house was a great size for us with a large kitchen

Quite a few things were a little broken and the property would benefit from some TLC. The trains idling in the station were irritating. The temperature was set at 10 degrees, and while you could turn this up manually you could not programme it to warm up for when you returned home, or in the morning.

Location excellent. Excellent views

We had no heating for the entire stay and we was freezing, we had to sit at night with gas hobs on, but was afraid of carbon monoxide poisoning, so had to turn them off. Plumbers came but couldn't get a part for it, whilst we was there. Not good. Still seeking compensation from the owner. As we wouldn't of choose this accommodation if we knew there was no heating. It would off been a great stay if we had some heating.

Enjoyed our stay and made the most of it. Love the town

Position of the property was great as right by the towns facilities. Busy road to front of property which we did nt realise.

Needed a bit of a spruce up but clean Sofas in wrong place to watch tv Heating did nt seem to work Black out blinds would have been a bonus in main bedroom Main bedroom would be better with on suite No protectors on bedding Kettle lid had been stuck on with glue so fell off

Enjoyable week with a lovely house location and views

Location and view were amazing

Shower in bedroom was broken even after feedback to let them know from previous guests. And no note left to inform us of it. Got very noisy at the weekend being so close to the club till 4am.

Location , nice and modern and having 2 bathrooms was a bonus

Could do with Curtains as well as blinds in the main bedroom , even with the blinds shut it was very light in the bedroom

layout was a bit awkward, would have been nice to have en suite off the master bedroom and not off the children’s room. could maybe do with a bit of modernising to get it up to top top standard

GREAT PLACE.

Location ace. Minutes from the town and pubs. Great base for travelling around. Veiw brilliant over the marina, as long as good weather. Everything you need was supplied. Comfortable and modern.

Internet needs sorting, kept failing and couldn't watch much TV. Was very tidy but needs a deep clean, floors weren't the cleanest and some fixings needed sorting. A few bits need painting and there were some screws and nails that we'd taking out for safety reasons, especially with kids.

The house itself is excellent, also its position is perfect

The inside of the house wasn't clean, in fact it was embarrassing to rent it out like it was, disappointed does not express my feelings, old bits of food in the sink and dishwasher, bathroom hadn't been touched, pubic hair in the shower and the floor was filthy, could have been so much better, I paid a lot of money to then go and spend more on cleaning products then spend my time cleaning, not acceptable really

Great location,great views from balcony,good facilities,netflix for the kids,dishwasher was bonus.bedrooms downstairs were nice and cool as it was a heatwave all in all brilliant

great location, lovely views over the harbour. clean, comfortable, central for pubs and restaurants/cafe’s.

not a complaint but a bigger bed would be lovely in the master bedroom.

The location was excellent.

The lounge tv didn’t work and I was told I’d have to pay £40 for someone to come out and look at it. Also, the dishwasher didn’t properly drain the dirty water. No tea towels either.

Nice house but needs bedrooms swapping, new beds and sofas moving so can watch tv

good location very central with view over marina 2mins walk to Wetherspoons & Costa. Well stocked kitchen (although no room in cupboards for food!). Ideal for a couple. Good central heating so great for out of season stays.

impossible to watch tv from either sofa's as both facing away from tv!!! Beds very uncomfortable, get woken by trains when running which are 2m from bedroom. Beds need to be swapped over double needs to be in room with en-suit and bunks in other room.
