Was unpleasant and unwelcoming property.

Not very welcoming or pleasant to be in. Unloved property. V.uncomfortably beds. Strange smell downstairs. Not clean in vestry. Nowhere to sit and eat together. Our worst property in 15 years coming to the Llyn Peninsula.

The waterfall shower was great . Plentiful hot water for all of us. The decor was tastfully done.

The bedroom surfaces --dressing table and floors were very grimy and required cleaning on arrival . Black on wiping .Not good. Matresses are very springy . Matress toppers would make a huge difference to comfort . The downstairs bedroom has a disturbing hum from the heater (transformer ) behind the headboard , which disturbed the sleep of the guests. This went on at 2am .Turning off the heater the following nights made sleep less disturbing .

good location and good space - lacks significant basic amenities

good location and great space - it is a good size for a family of 5 even though technically there is no dining area.

there was a significant lack of amenities for instance: - no soap / Shampoo! this was really not expected for a place like this and at the price - no hand soap! - no hand towels - only 1 towel per person for a 4 day stay - only 2 toilet rolls for full 4 days and 5 people - no extra blankets and it was cold - heating was not working in all rooms - no curtains (although there were indeed shutters / covers)

Good location clean cottage.

Excellent location for accessing Llyn Peninsula

Mattress on downstairs bed very thin you could feel the springs. We had to use a second quilt as a protector. Very noisy from traffic from 6.30 am. When removing the quilt cover on leaving found a large rip and hole in the duvet plus a stain. We had slept in this for 4 nights so was not impressed.
