Lovely, affordable, clean and well located.

It was a perfect little house for our short stay in Abersoch. It was affordable, well kept, clean and had everything we needed. I enjoyed the open plan living area with balcony upstairs. The main bedroom had the cutest decorations in my opinion. I also loved seeing the photos of the local seaside areas on the walls elsewhere in the house. The fact it's located so close to Spar is very handy and the house is within walking distance of the beach. I would come back to stay here. I booked this house because it was affordable, had good reviews and I'm familiar with its location within Abersoch.

The only thing I felt could be better was the comfort of the mattresses. I went with my best friend so we used both bedrooms. I found the main bedroom mattress comfortable. My friend didn't. So, this may purely be a preference issue. Everyone likes different kinds of mattresses. However, I found that I could feel all the springs underneath me in the room with the bunk beds. I would go again to stay in the main bedroom as everything else was just lovely.

A home from home experience.

The property was wonderful. It felt so homely and like we’d stayed for much longer than 2 night. From the moment we walked it, we just felt so settled. The property was clean and had everything we needed for our short stay. The instructions we received from the owner was clear and very helpful.

Fabulous stay at this gem of a property, in perfect location.

Loved the location, very short walk to beach and centre. Although low season there was still plenty of places open. Really gorgeous part of the country. Property was a good size. We had plenty of space. Fab that second bedroom has so many beds! Plenty of parking. Both bedrooms really good size and property is modern. Reasonably priced and think was excellent value for money. Property was cosey and warm and shower worked well. Tv and echoes were great to have. Balcony would be lovely in warmer weather. Great communication from owner.

For anyone visiting I would suggest bringing hand soap / hand towels /extra loo roll. Not complaints but I just like to have what we need. There is a spa shop seconds away. I found the oven temperamental to use but we managed 😊

Lovely upside down flat

Great location in Abersoch with parking close to the accommodation. Flat was nice inside, an upside down configuration which was well laid out. The rooms were spacious, and the veranda was amazing, my daughter loved the egg chair . The artwork and ornaments round the property were interesting, thought-provoking, and eclectic but very nice , All beds made up, another bonus. Bath towels provided another bonus. Host had sent clear instructions and guidance . Kitchen had most things you would need. Overall it was really nice

The property was nice, but on a closer look, the carpets were covered in dog hair, especially the stairs. My daughter has asthma and eczema so I had to hoover everywhere before we could settle in. Some of the blankets also had fur on them so put them in a cupboard. The hoover was huge and heavy and was difficult to use, especially on the stairs, plus it smelt of dog was it started up! That was my main issue , the dog hair!

Fantastic property in the best location!!!

The location was absolutely perfect and this is so important in Abersoch. We didn’t need our car at all and I loved this. The house was decorated beautifully and felt homely but modern. The space had been utilised in the best way possible and felt really spacious.

Great little pad

Excellent location. Lovely balcony area to enjoy the sunshine.

Liked everything. Kitchen equipment a bit limited but not a huge problem as ate out mostly. A coffee machine or cafetière would’ve been nice.

We all throughly enjoyed the stay location was ideal for the beach and town.

Spaces was just right for our group, I liked the balcony of the lounge it extended the living space and the as lovely to be outside as the weather was good.

We found we had everything we needed and the land lord was in contact to ensure we had everything we needed.

Great location, fab house.

Absolutely lovely house, great location. Has everything you could possibly need. We didn't need to use the car the whole weekend. We were a family with small children, so the stairs gate was so thoughtful. Couldn't fault the house, we want to book again.
