Perfect location for the beach, local Spa shop and a 10 min walk in to Abersoch centre. Comfortable and well equipped.
Just a few maintenance tweaks preventing a full 10/10. Kitchen tap, kitchen floor and bathroom sealant.

Overly scented (air fresheners, room fragrances), bedrooms a bit dark, especially the bunk room, no lamp, no lock on bathroom door

The property is located on a modern development close to the village centre and access to the beach.
The generous accommodation provided by this “upside down” design was well furnished and equipped for a comfortable stay but might not suit some. We liked the first floor lounge balcony but sadly the uk weather did not allow us to use it.

Excellent location and very responsive, friendly and helpful hosts. Absolutely lovely property!
Our only suggested improvement would be to kindly provide tea/coffee.
