Aside from the above neglect, we found the accommodation very comfortable, and as mentioned enjoyed being in close prox

Enjoyed being near the waterfront and the restaurants and shops, and short walk to the beach .

Very poorly maintained. Besides needing a paint job, also eg.chipped wall in parts, stained bedroom furniture, moldy looking shower floor sides, rusty bread tin, hole in our bedsheet , broken toilet lid in bedroom .

interior looking tired as is the furniture. Doors not fitted with proper security locks and glass panelled front door only had one simple key with no bolts or bars at glass panel.

Special few days away with my family. We cooked, stayed in, walked around town and loved every minute.

Great view, and very cosy in winter; having a fireplace. Loved the large lounge for family gatherings.

We had a really peaceful and relaxed stay and could have stayed longer if we were able to.

Location is really good. The place is very spacious, and therefore great if you spend some time in Paternoster. All the appliances worked well and we didn't lack anything in terms of cutlery and crockery.

The functioning of all doors however was not great. One of the bedroom doors could not open at all. and some of the doors opening to the balcony required a lot of effort in opening and closing it. The place also needs at least a fan, or preferably an aircon. We weren't always sure if the alarm is set or not, as there is no sound or light indicating when it is set. Unless we didn't use it properly, which means that instructions need to be clearer.

First time in paternoster and will definitely be back

Everything about the place was as per the pictures, we all throughly enjoyed the weekend away.

All the white linen had stains, including the extra blankets that was on the beds. But other than that everything else was super clean. The only downside by the bedrooms you couldn't open the curtains as the neighbors could look straight into the room.
