無印の入ってるビル側に歩いて渡って、高架下を歩いて、一階にセブンが入ってる建物を過ぎるとすぐに右に曲がってタイのマッサージ屋さんを過ぎるとREAL KINSHIIがあります。羽田のリムジンバスやディズニーのバスもすぐに乗れる環境で、東京メトロと山手線もめっちゃ近いです。あと錦糸公園も近くて、桜の時期は綺麗でした！近くに駄菓子屋のエワタリさんも近くにあり、子どもと行くとすごく喜んでいました。お部屋の中は比較的に綺麗だったと思います！洗濯機や（洗剤あり）や掃除機、スチームアイロン、ドライヤー、使い捨て歯ブラシ、シャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディーソープ、掃除機、冷蔵庫、食器類など、揃ってました。自分は3階の部屋でした。階段は確かに口コミ通り狭めです。お部屋は上下階で夜など静かな時には話し声とかは聞こえやすいかと思います。自分はそれほど気になりませんでした。部屋に入った時には暖房もつけてくれてました！（3月下旬宿泊）ホストとの連絡も返信が早く連絡取りやすかったです。16時以降チェックインですが、13時以降であれば荷物を部屋に置けるようです。
良くないというわけではありませんが、２泊の連泊ですが、タオルは1人分ずつフェイスタオルとバスタオルが一泊分です。でも洗濯物干しハンガーがあるので乾かせば特に気になりません。あとお風呂場には浴室乾燥もあるので便利です。しいていえば、フェイスタオルとバスタオルの他に、もう一枚、手拭き用のタオルを置いてもらえると助かります。

ชอบทุกอย่าง ห้องสะอาด กว้างขวางมากสำหรับโรงแรมในญี่ปุ่น มีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกครบ แต่อยากแนะนำ ที่พักสำหรับคนที่มีกำลังในการยกกระเป๋าเข้าห้อง เนื่องจากที่นี่ไม่มีลิฟ ผู้สูงอายุไม่แนะนำ

La posizione, la cucina ben attrezzata ed il bagno dotato di ogni conforto (lavatrice asciugatrice).
La stanza è molto piccola perciò rimane poco spazio per il letto ed tavolo: forse sarebbe meglio mettere due sedie pieghevoli.

有廚房 洗衣機，生活家電以及餐具都有準備。只要自備牙刷牙膏即可。離車站也不遠，附近有7-11還有一些開很晚的餐廳
