適合小家庭住宿，地點位於錦糸町鬧區跟晴空塔中間的安靜住宅區，房屋是老屋改建所以樓梯有點陡，老人跟小孩可能要注意一下。使用上如有問題，留言詢問幾乎都可以得到立即的回應。附近有超商、超市，買東西方便。隱私方面，房東已在玄關加裝門簾，不會一開大門就被看光光，餐廳還換了一張感覺比較好坐的沙發。
清潔方面可以再加強一點，地板跟浴室我們都自己先清過一遍，抽屜跟櫃子還有一些看起來是前面房客留下來的東西。

We had a very pleasant stay overall. The apartment was clean, well equipped, and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, which made it easy to rest after long days out. The host was kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay, which we really appreciated.
The location is well connected, with several transportation options nearby. However, we personally found it a bit farther from the main areas than expected, and traveling back and forth became somewhat tiring—especially with a young child. In hindsight, we could have researched the location more carefully.
