1.飯店位置離押上站超近，走路約3～5分鐘，回飯店路上正好有一家Life超市，可順便採購食物，超方便 2.雖然是自助入住，但整個入住説明很清楚，有詢問問題，客服回覆迅速，服務真的要給100分
硬要說有問題，只能說房子略老舊了，廁所空間較小，拉門、走道地板在使用或走動會有明顯的聲音，但並不會影響使用功能，整體體驗仍是相當滿意的

Ótima localização, apartamento com 2 quartos e sala com um sofá cama. O prédio possui elevador. A estação de metro Skytree fica perto do apartamento. Existe por perto bons supermercados, cafeterias, lojas de conveniencia e restaurantes (incluisve um bem simples, mas com uma comida gostosa e bom atendimento, que fica em frente ao apartamento). Com custo benefício.
As louças são muito simples e básicas (não tem copos). A maquina de lavar é simples e antiga (não tem opção de secar). Secador de cabelo com pouca pontencia.

Старый подубитый ремонт, но чисто. Ни одного крючка или полочки во всей квартире. Неудобная ванная.
