The apartment is in an excellent position in a quiet part of town near the Skytree metro station, which is well connected to other parts of the city. The apartment is clean, and the host is extremely kind. He allowed me to leave my luggage a few hours before check in and a few hours after check out. The apartment is smaller, but has everything you need for a stay of several days
One mattress is ok and the other could be a little softer.

Very close to the station, and many places to visit close by.
The folk who welcomed us were very helpful and let us check in a little bit late.

The location was very good and everything working correctly including the shower, kitchenette, etc. The host was flexible with meeting me and handing over the keys.
There isn't a real window, meaning it opens onto the wall of the building. There is also very little space in the room because there are two twin beds, very common in Tokyo where rooms try to fit as many people in a room as possible. There was no desk to sit on, which would have been nice to have.

-역까지 걸어서 7분 정도 걸렸고, 주변에 편의점 등 편의시설이 많았습니다.
-호스트 분들의 답장 및 대응이 굉장히 신속했습니다.
-숙소 방 크기가 25 m²라고 설명 되어 있어서 예약했는데, 실제로는 14 m²정도 였습니다.
-두번째 침대 메트리스는 그냥 바닥에 있었고, 남은 공간이 여유있는 편은 아니었습니다.
-바닥에 머리카락들이 보였고, 전기주전자 안에 물이 그대로 남아 있었어서 사용하지 않았습니다.
-화장실 크기는 사람 한명 딱 서 있을 수 있는 정도 입니다.
-온풍기를 작동시켜도 방이 정말 추웠습니다.
