Nowoczesny, schludny i dobrze wyposażony apartament. Trochę widoku na SkyTree. Cicha jak na Tokyo okolica. Bardzo szybko udało się załatwić proponowany przez gospodarzy transport lotniskowy (20000 yen w 2026 roku, na 5 osób to dobra cena).
Brak piątego łóżka. Zamiast tego przesuwane siedziska robią za miejsce do spania. 4 miejsca na łóżkach też niezbyt logicznie rozplanowane. Zdjęcia dość mylące, na tyle osób wydaje się że oprócz głównego pomieszczenia będzie jeszcze jedno z dodatkowymi łóżkami. Brak windy znajduje się w opisie, ale schody są piekielnie strome i wąskie, niezbyt da się tam wnosić walizki. Do tego na środku pokoju wisi dosłownie 10 „deasignerskich” żyrandoli które utrudniają poruszanie się po pokoju.
