Exceptional stay for families!We had a great stay at 704room Kinshicho. The location is excellent—very close to shopping, food options, and everything we wanted to do in the city.The apartment itself was cleanend and fully equipped with all the necessities. Having a kitchen, washer, and dryer made a massive difference for our long trip. Additionally, the communication with the staff was amazing; they were highly responsive to all of our messages and questions. Note:The apartment is right next to Risshisha kinshicho 立志舎高等学校, should you need an quick pin on location. On the right there is a family mart and right next to it is a daily supermart. 7-11, 1 block away turning left.

Space Tip: The layout is perfect for families of 4 adults, and can comfortably accommodate extra children. Just keep in mind it will feel tight if you are a group of 6 full-grown adults.

its a good place for family， especially with small kids. Got family mart and supermarket nearby, and a nite time bento shop. When we arrived very late evening, still got hot things to eat. Location is great, silence but walk nearby is bus stop, JR, skytree, and also can pay for swim at nearby .
