504Room Kinshicho Station 5 min walk near Asakusa and Skytree 5th floor with balcony and good soundproofing

The location is excellent -- a short walk from Kinshicho station, couple of convenience stores less than a minute away, lots of restaurants nearby, etc. We reached the location around 10 PM but were still able to connect to the staff over WhatsApp, which made checking in very easy. Kitchen was decently stocked. The place was extremely clean.

Rooms are a bit small, and there is no sitting area or dining area. The entire apartment is taken up by beds, so if you are planning to do anything else other than sleep there, it can be a challenge.

We had a great stay. The location is excellent, with many restaurants nearby and easy access to transportation. It’s about a 6-minute walk to Kinshicho Station, with direct access to major areas, airports, and even Disney. Tokyo Skytree is about a 20-minute walk, and Asakusa is just one stop away. You can even see the Skytree right outside the building, which is a nice touch. There’s also a convenience store and a 24-hour supermarket downstairs. The room is clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The washer with drying function is very convenient. The host was kind and welcoming. Overall, a very satisfying stay. We would definitely come back!

一樓入口.公共區域走廊.梯間 還有電梯裡面有臭味 滿骯髒的 讓人覺得不舒服 一樓公共區域燈光昏暗 每天進出覺得恐懼 擔憂
