What a view from this lovely apartment!!!!

What a lovely family and what a comfortable stay we had! The apartment is perfect and has everything a couple or three friends need for a few days in Hvar. It also has wonderful views and a lovely terrace for watching the sunset! I would definitely stay there again.

Lovely three days on Hvar

Very clean and lovely decorated room with amazing sunset view from the terrace! Family that owns the house is super friendly and accommodating: we missed the water boiler and the knife in the room, and they provided everything after the request. The nearest beach, Pokonji Dol, is 10 min walk from the location. Mind that the path that goes down to the sea is quite steep, but if you like hiking, there is no problem (I would even recommend going to the next beach, Mekicevica, 25 min walk/hike from the house, it is much calmer, a real escape in the nature). There is a bunch of supermarkets nearby (we think Tommy is the best one relatively close for prices/variety). Also a life hack: on the way to the city center you might pass fast food spot called Big Bang, a real alternative to pricey restaurants, especially their Tuna Burger).

The place was very clean and the owners were so so so nice and accommodating. Our AC didn’t work and they gave us a fan for a night and fixed it immediately the next day. Grandpa saw us walking down to the city and he picked us up and dropped us off since he was on the way. Overall just really nice people and very clean place has everything you need. Hvala vam :) ❤️

The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The host was incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived.

loved the view and the location. Jasna herself was so lovely and accommodating and made us feel very welcome!

the only thing was the bed situation - it would have been lovely to have had a duvet and two pillows per person rather than one pillow and a thin sheet to cover ourselves with as it got rather cold at nighttime.

place for family not friends!

The accommodation is VERY clean and cozy. they change towels and bed sheet every 2 days. Its 30min walking to the center. The owners are very kind and friendly,

the only problem was that I was with friends and I couldn’t receive guests, even tho its not written on the house rules, but I received a friend and they sent me a message to ask him to leave right away, without even asking if he was staying or visiting, I mean I booked for 10 days, Can’t I have guests? the offer a really good kitchen and room and I couldn’t chill with them… but I understood, they have babies and its a family. im just writing this so you know if you thinking on going with a boyfriend or family is a perfect place to be, but if you, like me, went to party and make friends, not the place

Cozy room close to the city center

The room was very clean and the owners were very friendly and helpful.

A trash bin in the main room and a clothesline for drying beach towels and clothes on the balcony would have been really useful.

Great friendly owners, nice balcony with view for sunset!

Lovely friendly couple. The woman even brought us figs and the man drove us to the centre with our lugagge to catch the boat. Bed and balcony were great.

Quitte a climb getting there from the boat. Expect around 20 mins uphill with luggage. Take a taxi when not in shape.

I will not go back to this place

I liked the wiew and the terrace. I liked the size of the appartement, even thou the bedroom was a bit old shcool

I am so sorry to say, but I have never gotten a worse welcome anywhere else I stayed. The checkout time is at 10:00 am, but since I got to Hvar very late it was important for me to have a calm morning and not rush. When I asked this the host that I was communicating with in the phone, got so mad with me, and said I was rude, and she asked me to just leave right way, and that booking.com will return my money on a later point. I wasn’t allowed to stay there anymore. She was not explaining why I wasn’t able to check out later, just that it was not possible. My argument was that the apartment would be sort of spotless and easy to clean. I have experienced that most times when I ask for a later check out it is totally fine, so I did not take no for and answer right away. I was told that she will call the police if I dint leave right away!! I did not know anywhere to go, the time was 23-24:00 in the nifght, I had never been to Hvar befrore. This was such a scary feeling. After many apologizes from my side, I was able to sleep in the apartment after all. The next morning the mother came straight into the apartment at 0955 and wanted me out. I was almost ready and said I needed 5 more minutes. When I was going down the stairs, she was yelling at me again mentioning the police, and speaking the local language. I did not want to argue. If they are selling a service of accommodation, there will be questions and expecktaions when it comes to check out time, espesially when it is as early as 10 am.

Kind, attentive host, comfy facilities

The host let us check in early which was great. I was gifted a bottle of red wine and some flowers for my birthday which was a lovely touch and attentive. The beds were comfy and the outdoor patio was nice. I liked the separate kitchen and facilities were good. We lost the key along with some of our own items and the host was kind and understanding and gave us another with no charge.

The air conditioning unit was in the kitchen and not the bedroom so we had to sleep with the bedroom and kitchen doors open and full blast the Aircon. The location was tiresome (not a criticism on the host).. a long way to walk up hills and steps with a suitcase, you can get a taxi but you still have to walk 10 minutes to the taxi stand and then pay £12 for a 4 minute journey. - The host could add a transfer to her services for a small fee. We heard the baby crying late at night and early morning which is OK if you have ear plugs but the crying went on a while which made me sad. The host emailed us after our stay as they were upset we didn't goodbye (even tho we barely spoke as we had to use Google translate as English was not great.. not a problem though) and that we lost the key and used towels on the beach and they said they expect a top review because of this. I dont think a host should be asking for a top review because of these things.. I always give an honest and fair review and we are sorry for losing the key but the towels would be fine with a quick wash, they were no stains or marks on them.

Incredible value, view, location and host.

Amazing view of Hvar, truly memorising. The location was good, most of the accommodations around the area are filled with tourist. Be prepared to walk a lot of stairs and hills on your way back from Hvar Town (this is normal for the area, as most houses are on a steep hill). There was good safe parking available. Lovely host changed our towels regularly. The room was clean and tidy.

Cheap price!

Mainly the AC, because didn’t work very well.. and they requested to not leave it on so every time we came back we were like I sede the oven for at leave one hour until it starts to get cold… the towels were like exfoliate our body.. however, it is a low price so we can not expect a lot.

Great apartment with fantastic views

Beautiful views of Pakleni islands, large balcony with sitting area, big apartment, fully equipped, close to small supermarket, about 15 mins walk to Hvar Town centre. We stayed in one bedroom apartment on top floor. Highly recommended.

Quiet and lovely

I loved that this place was very quiet and the patio was far from the main road. It also had a bath and a kitchen with an oven which is a huge plus. The fridge was also bigger than usual and it had a freezer. The bed was big and comfortable.

I'd love it if it had an iron as some other places I visited in the same standard offered it. It was also a little far from the old town but closer to some very nice beaches. The lady there couldn't speak English but we didn't have any problems.

Location was good, about a 20 minute walk which was a bit tough with the very hot weather. Apartment was clean and spacious. There were two beds (one double, one single) in a bedroom and a sofa bed for one. The balcony allowed for drying clothes/towels. Quite close to the beach as it is not right in the centre. Tip for visiting the beach - the path is not really flip flop friendly, also, water shoes recommended for pebble beach, which you find all over Croatia.

Wifi - super weak, disconnects every couple minutes - basically not usable, There was no tea and coffee making facilities, Free toiletries = hand soap, Very far (according to Hvar distances) from the center.

The view was breathtaking. The room was very clear and the bed was also very comfortable. The bathroom looked better than in pictures.

Great location, 10 min walk to the nicest beach in Hvar, but also a short walk to the town centre. Wonderful hosts. Apartment on the ground floor has a lovely garden terrace, while the room on top has a great view to the sea.

Espectaculares Vistas

Apartamento muy bonito, con una gran terraza. Preciosas vistas a la ciudad y muy cerca a la playa de Pokonji 10 min andando. Un poco más, caminando llegas a la playa de Robinson.

Alejado del centro, 15 min andando, hay mucha cuesta. No apto para personas con movilidad reducida. Hay escalones.

Виды с терассы были неплохие плюсом шло то что терасса относительно закрытая. Чистота на хорошем уровне но не идеальная

Парковочное место рассчитано на маленькую машину. Мы ездили на lexus nx и пол капота машины торчало на проезжую часть. Это определенный риск для машины на которой приехали тк камер на парковку нет и не кто не гарантирует не ударят ли мимо проезжающие машины. Из минусов также фото не соответствует действительности а именно вводят в заблуждение. К примеру на фото терасса с грилем-печкой но она находится только в пользовании хозяев. Мебель в апартаментах уже достаточно старая и в идеале требует замены. Тихий час указан на букинге один раз но по факту по правилам шуметь нельзя также с 14:00-17:00.

La habitación, estaba impecable y adecuada con todo lo necesario, la amabilidad de Jasna y sus padres, nos sentimos muy a gusto y nos trataron muy bien. La vista desde la terraza también es estupenda.

Nada se errado a apontar, donos super gentis, instalações ótimas a 10 minutos do centro a pé e 15 minutos da praia a pé. Recomendo vivamente

La vue, l'emplacement, et aussi l'amabilité de la propriétaire, le fait qu'il y ai un petit frigo dans la chambre, et surtout la clim!

Une petite bouilloire aurait été un confort supplémentaire pour le café le matin, sinon c'était très bien.
