Great place to spend a couple of days

The property was located a little outside of town, had a nice balcony with a good view. There was no room was clean and nice to stay in for a couple of days

The refrigerator froze any food or drinks, we tried to turn it to a lower temp and it didn’t work, still froze everything

Big mistake

Laundry service included was a selling point to me. When I requested it, Paolo wanted 20 Euros. I showed him where the web page stated that it was included, no additional charge. I have a screenshot to prove it. He refused to honor that. The next morning I noticed that the web page had changed. Someone with integrity would have honored the advertised rate. The only heater was in the bedroom. The rest of the apartment was like an icebox. Satellite TV did not work the first night. Many amenities listed were not true. Walk in closet. Coffee machine(cord was missing). Electric tea kettle. Guest bathroom. Daily housekeeping (since changed). Slippers. Board games and puzzles. Drying rack. These were all non-existent. Very slow to respond to messages. I arrived at my stated check-in time. No one was there to check me in. One room was unlocked and apparently not being used, so I took it. I left the place cleaner than I found it. Next visit I will find another place.

Helpful Staff and decent location

The staff so helpful and responsive to anything you need. Location was good for me - 15min walk from the port and in the opposite direction, only an 8min walk to Pokonji Dol beach (the top beach on this island)! Great Air con system kept my bedroom cool and decent WiFi. Thanks.

The noise from other guests until midnight from their balcony/terrace & corridors was an issue on the 2nd night. The walls must be pretty thin… I had to ask for a kettle and cereal bowl 🥣 - but staff were so quick and responsive to this!

Nice place, 15 mins on foot from port.

Great beach nearby, takes a little bit of cardio to climb back up (but that's pretty much everywhere, because of relief of island).

Few houses next was a construction site (hope in season 2023 they are already done), builders started working quite early. Both sides of bed was noisy when changing position, for some may be really irritating (was able to tolerate it). In room was lack of space for luggage, it is suitable for one small cabin bag only (light traveling).

this apartment was really very disappointing. it was very dated and extremely outdated. I had already read reviews with the same comment but unfortunately the owners do not take the reviews into account. the bed was terribly bad we woke up several times with pain in the back and neck. you can just feel the springs of the bed on your body. there were holes in the walls, the toilet in the bathroom leaks every time you flushed. not every room has a view of the sea as claimed. the cleaning lady came daily to clean the other apartments and made a lot of noise, was also very rude and did not take our privicy into account. I advise the owners to do urgent renovation work on the apartment, if they don't want to do this at least buy a more modern bed.

The apartment was very spacious, and the basics were covered. It was a bit stuffy inside. Host was very friendly. Need to pay cash is strange with these large amounts.

Ok apartment just outside Hvar town

The apartment was spacious with 2x bedrooms, 1 dbl with en-suite, 1x twin and a fold out single in the lounge/kitchen. It was just a 5-10 min walk from lovely but crowded Pokonji dol Beach. Host Paulo was very friendly.

The 20 walk from Hvar town is uphill, which is a challenge in the heat. Furniture, bathroom and bedding are outdated. Bed was extremely uncomfortable with lumpy pillows. Our apartment was not ready at the time stipulated. Overpriced for what it is.

Host was lovely and helpful. The room was clean and small but bathroom was huge. Personally the location for us was a little far away for us, but the Host told us easiest and quickest way to the main town.

the location was perfect! really close to the beach and a short walk to Hvar town. the room was very clean and the staff were excellent at helping with whatever you needed

basic cooking facilities but there was still a hob and a fridge so you can make do!

Amazing location, literally minutes away from beaches and town which was very well explained by the friendly host! We booked last minute and we’re very well accommodated! Parking was great, felt safe and secure! Massive bathroom!

Could of done with some pots and pans to be able to fully utilise the presence of the hob :)

Beautiful views, close to the center

Paolo, the host, invests a lot of energy in making you feel great during your stay. The apartment was fit for our needs, but if we needed someting in particular, Paolo was more than happy to help. The apartment has a large terrace that offers beautiful views over the sea and nearby islets. It is quite close to the promenade, around 15 minutes walking. A great plus for us was the free parking place in front of the villa. Would reccommend!

The location is far 15 minutes to walk from the centre and it is near to a “natural beach”. The owner helped us and gave us a ride to a beach on the other part of the town.

A cama não era muito confortável. Utensílios da cozinha não eram bons para cozinhar. O chuveiro não tinha onde ficar preso para tomar banho direito, precisava ficar segurando, não tinha apoio dentro do box para shampoo. O Wi-Fi horrível, não funcionava muito bem
