truly amazing

We loved our stay with the Matkovic family. They truly are amazing warm and welcoming people. They have made our stay so lovely. The room itself was very very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for us - very quiet and a short walk to the centre with all the restaurants and bars. Also the best beach on the island is a 10min walk. We will for sure be back :)))

Best hosts ever - will stay again!

Excellent hosts - the very best in fact who went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and memorable. And helped out hugely when one of the group left their passport behind and we’d left the island. Great rooms - super clean and lovely views from the top floor. Would absolutely recommend to anyone!

Exceptional

Exceptionally clean with amazing hosts Martin and Andrea. Great balcony views of the sea and excellent knowledge of places to go, restaurants to see. I left my passport behind and Andrea was so amazing to help get it back to split for me the same day my flight was leaving by coordinating with ferry's and individuals so I didn't need to ferry back. She made a stressful situation a very comforting one and I couldn't thank her, her husband and parents enough. Amazing stay.

Great place and family

Everything was perfect ! The place, the room and among everything the owners! It’s a familial house with many apartments clean and beautiful (better than pictures). I loved my stay there and Andrea, her father and mother (and all the family) are just FANTASTIC! They were so kind, generous and warm welcoming and available for everything. Andrea’s father even helped me to reach the port in the morning to catch-up my ferry on time. I won’t never forget their kindness and will definitely come back to their place ! If you want a decent place with a wonderful view and great people, BOOK their apartment without any hesitation. All my best regards Tarik Ka.

Very clean & comfortable but a 20 min walk to town.

Hosts are lovely & very helpful. Two bed apartment was very clean & comfortable. Really nice balcony with outside furniture. Big bathroom.

The location is a 20min walk to Old Town & pretty much anywhere you want to go. Doing this 2/3 times a day soon got tiresome. For some reason I thought it was closer to town when booking but it’s a long walk especially if you have kids in tow.

Comfortable & value for money stay in Hvar

Very nice & comfortable apartment. Even though it is not lacated in Hvar Center (20 mins walk), it is close to the beach. The hosts are super nice!!! Would recommend it 100%.

We loved our time in Hvar and couldn't have been happier with our accommodation.

From the point of arrival to departure Vlado and Janja made us feel really welcome. Our only regret was that due to our itinerary we were only able to stay two nights in Hvar. The accommodation and facilities are excellent and we couldn't recommend it highly enough. We hope to be able to return in the near future.

Comfortable, spacious & clean staying in Hvar with excellent hosts! Amazing!

View from balcony was fantastic, watching the sunset every evening. Apartment is very spacious, has a large balcony where you can have a drink and large bathroom (good shower). Beds are comfortable and with the shutters the room can be darkened for a good night's sleep. If you are traveling by car there's parking space with a gate. The owners Vlado and Janja are very friendly and welcoming, it felt like home. They provided us excellent recommendations on what to do & see in Hvar and were always open for a chat, laugh or drink!

Amazing view, amazing hosts!

As soon as we walked in, we felt like home. The hosts are so welcoming and they give us good recommendations for our stay. The room is CLEAN, comfy and the view was lovely. There is a small beach 15 min walking from the location which was a nice bonus. The host dropped us off at the port (really kind gesture) and on our way he showed us some nice views of the old town. It is located 15 min walking from the center but the walk is nice so no problem; we rented a scooter for a day which allowed us to move faster. Will definitely be back!

It was a wonderful stay, the apartments are situated in a quiet area with a wonderful view, at the same time it is close to get on foot to the city centre or the beach. Great Apartment - very modern and clean with amazing view on the sea- almost every day we observed sunset by the sea. Apartment is very good equipped with comfortable beds- hotel standard with toopers on top,towels clean- changed after 3 days. The owners were very nice and helpful. I recomended to evryone.

Amazing stay; view, cleanliness, price and hosts!

Great hosts - they were extremely friendly and accommodating. We felt very welcome. The room and bathroom was spotless clean and the view from the balcony was AMAZING. We loved every but of it.

We thought the bathroom was connected to the room, but it worked out perfectly and we had a big clean bathroom to ourselves.

The apartment is about 15 min walking to the city Center, if you go down hill you walk near the bay and it’s lovely! If you are drunk get a taxi lol it’s 100 kuna

Clean apartment with spectacular views of Hvar.

Hosts were helpful and couldn’t do more for you, upon arrival it was clear they took sanitising to a high level. The room was clean and had amazing views of Hvar from balcony. The hole complex seemed new and finished to a high standard. Facility included on site gated parking.

Anfitriones muy simpáticos, agradables y disponibles en cualquier momento. Buena ubicación, no está céntrico pero en 15 min andado llegabas. Vistas muy buenas y muy cerca de Ponkonji dol beach. Apartamento bastante completo y todo muy limpio.

Tuve la suerte de hospedarme en esta propiedad y no tengo más que palabras de agradecimiento y admiración. Desde el primer momento, la anfitriona Jana me recibió con una hospitalidad extraordinaria, con ese buen humor y calidez que hacen sentir a uno como en casa de mamá: cuidado, acompañado y bienvenido en cada detalle. El departamento superó todas mis expectativas: impecable, confortable, con cada rincón pensado para el descanso y la comodidad. Se nota el amor y la dedicación con la que se cuida este lugar. La ubicación es ideal y la tranquilidad que transmite es inigualable. Sin duda, esta experiencia no solo se trató de un hospedaje, sino de una vivencia llena de humanidad, amabilidad y cariño, Jana y Blado hacen que todo sea increíble. Recomiendo este lugar con los ojos cerrados; estoy convencido de que quien se hospede aquí va a vivir la misma sensación de hogar que yo experimenté.

Los departamentos son amplios..

La dueña no habla ingles, ni español, ni italiano, ni croata, sino ALEMAN. Se comunica a los gritos con los huespedes y no hace lo posible para hacerse entender. La ubicacion es muy alejada del centro y de las playas. Recomendable si se visita Hvar en auto, de lo contrario es muy dificil conseguir Uber (por la noche hay una sola persona que va y viene del centro). Televisores antiguos no admiten aplicaciones de streaming. La relacion precio-calidad no fue la esperada.
