Overall fantastic location perfect for being nearby the attractions

I liked how it was walking distance to the main harbor and restaurants and beach’s. The sun came into the balcony so it was nice to sit out on during the day or early evening. Our hostess Ana collected us from the ferry and brought us to our accommodation which was very generous! Also had a fridge which was convenient to store your drinks in it to keep them cold.

The curtains could be more black out I found they were very light and the light lite the room up around 5:30am which was hard to sleep through. The pillows were hard and the mattress.

Great affordable option to enjoy Hvar!!!

Perfect property for a longer stay due to the kitchenette and generously sized bathroom! Location was about 8 min walk from the center of town, so it was a quiet area. Location and value for cost was perfect. You can get to it without taking stairs if you have luggage (some hills are steep). The host was incredibly communicative and very helpful!

The pillows were not the most comfortable and we could have used an extra blanket. I’m sure it’s more than enough when it’s warmer in the summer, but it was chilly when we stayed.

Our stay was excellent! The apartment is very spacious, comfortable, and spotless. Everything was well maintained and exactly as described. Ana and her family were truly kind, welcoming, and always attentive to our needs. They even allowed us to leave our luggage before check-in, which was a huge help. The location is convenient, and the atmosphere of the place made us feel at home. We would definitely come back and highly recommend staying here.

Super clean and personable apartments. Our group of ten stayed and we were really impressed with the air con, kitchens, washing machines and cleanliness. Ana and her family were lovely too!

The location is slightly out of the way but not a big deal as there lots of stair routes. Some of our friends rooms were small and more like hotel rooms.

Place was very clean

We got no instructions on how to get to the property so we ended up carrying our suitcases up hundreds of stairs when we could have walked a different way on the road with no stairs at all had we known. We just followed google maps. I mentioned this to Ana and she couldn't have cared less and told me I should have gone the other way. We stayed with a lovely family in Bol and Ana could learn a lot from them on how to treat her guests. No idea how this place got a good rating. Definitely avoid.

Amazing apartment and very friendly host

Ana is amazing, she is very friendly and gave us lots of info about the places to visit in town. The apartment is impressive, spacious, very clean, and modern, and has got everything you need. The balcony is big and has a breathtaking view, we will come back for sure.

Great hosts, perfect location

Anitta and family are the kindest and most accomodating hosts. We decided to stay an extra day to enjoy more of hvar & it was no problem to change the booking. The location is perfect, a short stroll to the port, numerous beaches, shops and hvars nightlife. Annita could not have been more welcoming when we arrived pointing out all the places of interest & swimming spots😊 The rooms are comfortable and nothing is too much trouble. Communication in advance of arrival and directions to get to the guesthouse (for those as directionally challenged as me) were excellent and really appreciated. Highly recommend and will be back for sure!

Excellent stay for two nights with 11guys end of June 2022. 10-minute walk to Hvar and lovely tranquil spot away from the action but close enough to experience it all. Nico and Family were superb and couldn’t rate them more highly, pleased to have us all and we didn’t want to leave.

Need to climb many stairs to reach, it is not convenient with large luggage The room is a bit small for two people It would be better if there is a kitchen There is a restaurant next to it. It's a bit noisy at night when someone has a party

Nice accommodation with a friendly staff

Great communication with staff, we received all necessary information, we could also check in earlier and also leave after bags after check out. We had a small terrace, room was equipped with a fridge and some dishes. Everything worked well, I would highly recommend it.
