For the price paid on the private room stay elsewhere, and avoid this place.

Location, the chef who makes the pizza (who is also a barber if you need one) and the guys serving the pizza - all of which make this hostel a tolerable place to stay at. For this reason I’ve given them 2 star, otherwise it would be 1 star.

The owner who is rude, unwelcoming and aggressive. The girls who work at the bar also have a similar attitude to the owner. For example, they are very unhelpful - despite their own rule being “three drinks equal a free shot”, they make you feel like they are doing you a favour and have zero courtesy. The room are also not clean. I can’t comment on the dorms, but the private room was dirty. With a used condom behind the bed and socks under the bed, and bugs and spider webs all over.

Avoid. Facilities not as advertised

The location is decent and the beds are comfortable. We enjoyed the bar

The room and bathrooms weren’t cleaned for at least 3+ days (no toilet paper). We also had no power in the kitchen for days which meant nobody could cook and everyone’s food went off in the fridge. That also meant no pizza on one night (which they advertise as included in your stay). The owners offered no compensation for this and their attitude was very poor when we raised this with them. Hvar is expensive so if you’re booking this thinking you are guaranteed to have pizza dinner in the evening and the ability to cook for breakfast/ lunch- save your money and book elsewhere

A party hostel for young people

Nice comfortable beds, the free pizza.

Should I’ve checked the information, but I totally missed that this is a party hostel for young people (Im 35). Staying in a dorm here was a huge mistake from my side, but I bet it’s really fun if you’re younger and want to socialise.

Disappointed

The view

The workers were rude and kept telling us to be quiet while we are sitting in a bar, everyone else was loud around us but they kept coming over to only us. The AC also broke in our room and the staff began to give out to us for it as like it was our fault it was leaking water. Wouldn’t stay again

Awesome

It was really nice and social, that’s great specially when you’re solo traveling. They have free pizza every night and it is really yummy.

The only thing I didn’t love was the laundry service. It was 15€ and the clothes did not feel very cleaned after the service.

Perfect

I cannot recommend this enough. No idea how it’s not a straight 10 in terms of accommodation. The facilities are fantastic, the location is brilliant, and the free pizza is amazing. The staff are so lovely and accommodating - anything you need they will do their absolute best to assist you. As a solo traveller, this was easily my best experience I’ve ever had. The hostel is so social and it’s not hard to make friends for life. Solid 11/10 stay.

Free pizza was great!

We did a private 4 person room with a bathroom - it was lovely and had a little patio which was nice! The free pizza was a nice treat!

Ivan (night security) is the best host

Ivan night security was amazing. Very cool guy , very mindful and guided me to some water at night.

Loved the staff and how helpful they were.

Very nice friendly staff, very good place to meet other people, felt very safe leaving my stuff, there was locked storage provided but I never used it on both stays leaving laptop, camera etc. just on my bed. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for hostel accommodation.

Loved the staff and how helpful they were.

Staff very friendly. Very good laugh, cracking social able place with bar on site full of back packers and travellers. I may even go back there soon if there is any room. Very accommodating in fitting me in, I had to moved dorms 3 times but that was because I booked late and went at a a very busy time.

Loved the free pizza and pub crawl. The beds were comfortable and clean. Everyone was very friendly.

The door handle on the bathroom was falling off and the dorm door would not shut easily. I was put in the corner bed and it was difficult for me to access my storage area and the lighting was not good in that corner.

Best hostel yet!!

Such an amazing stay! Met lifelong friends here and had the greatest time so many fun people to meet and go out with or spend the day at the beach. Super easy to meet people at happy hour at the hostel bar plus free shots with your drinks!! Super clean and modern and you can rent scooters at a discount best way to see the island!

Good location, cleanliness of the room, nice sea view, great athmosphere in general!

Cash only policy – it would have been nice if there was an option to pay with card (however an atm was right there, so it wasn't really an issue!)

Friendly staff and nice vibe between guests

Hostel with very nice vibe. Staff is super friendly and always caring that everything is okay. Marcos the guy that works during the night is great, always there for help and giving recommendations.

Kitchen is not allowed to be used after 21.30 what is pretty early if u stay in the beach up to the sunset. Also they will close the terrace after 23hs and not even allowed to talk in a low voice. They say there is free pizza at night but they would only offer you if u are consuming a drink from the hostel bar. Probably u will only get one slice.

great location, albeit up a steep hill, but makes for a stunning view from the terrace! close to center, beaches and amenities! free pizza was amazing and the staff there are all lovely - helpful and friendly especially all the cleaning staff!

great bar, definitely would be good for solo travellers looking for company as the volunteers are very keen to get everybody involved! free bar crawl and pizza every night which is great if you’re looking for activities on the island

they didn’t offer us any duvets haha but they did give us extra blankets and were happy to help when we expressed that we were cold!

I loved the hostel, there is pizza every night and you meet a lot of nice people! The room was wonderful, very comfortable and had plenty of space. I can only recommend it!

the employees at the reception were a little difficult to communicate with. I had problems with my reservation and had to pay an extra day for miscommunication. So this was a very negative point.
