Good location.

Property was not as advertised. Not like the pictures. Not even the same kitchen. It was very dirty, with black mold in the shower. Kitchen was unequipped, ( only 3 plates) and dirty. No soap!

Nice apartment located on a quiet street near city centre, but very poor communication with host

The building itself is located on a very quite street on the other side of the river to the city centre, but still within walking distance to all the main attractions. Locationally, I'd recommend this spot to anyone who wants more of a quiet-stay, and in a less busy area. The unit didn't have air conditioning, but did have 2 fans which worked well-enough at night in both rooms. The unit, overall, is as described: one full-size bed, one twin bed, 2 bathrooms (which was great), a washing machine (also great), and a kitchen.

We had a pretty poor experience with the host not being very responsive, so on multiple occasions we were left waiting around hours for a response on something that needed a prompt reply. For example, when we arrived at the property no one was there to meet us despite having confirmed our arrival time clearly with the host. We were left waiting in the front street with all our luggage for 15 minutes, and then another 20 minutes waiting in the lobby for the host to arrive to meet us. After a long day of travelling, it was a very frustrating way start to the stay. The kitchen was quite poorly stocked, which was a bit frustrating given we filtered for stays that had full kitchens because we intended to use it. I also messaged the host towards the end of our stay (at 6pm the night before check-out) asking about check-out procedure and whether we could leave our luggage in the hallway for a few hours, and did not get a response for over 24 hours, which was obviously not useful by that point.

Perfect place for a stay in Parma

Excellent location in a small quiet side street right near a bus stop on a major road. Walkable everywhere. Quiet 3 storey residential building well taken care of. The apartment is lovely and very comfortable - I didn’t cook but it had all utensils you would need if you wanted to. Small local supermarket a 4 minute walk away. Excellent value.

Great apartment close to the shopping district.

This property was extremely clean and well maintained. I really liked staying here. The air conditioning was wonderful and the bed was comfortable. Everything looked brand new. I had great communication with the management team and he gave me unbelievable places to eat at.

Very comfortable apartment in Parma

Very comfortable good sized accommodation. Large living area with a balcony. Nice bedroom and en-suite bathroom. Air conditioning in apartment was good.

Nothing except we asked about arriving early and they were not at all flexible regarding entering the apartment earlier. They only offer a discount on leaving luggage at a storage place.

Be careful! Conditions do not match the declared

Given the inconvenience I experienced, there is nothing good that I could say about the apartment and the owner, except for a bottle of water in the fridge upon arrival.

The description says that the apartment is rented with air conditioning, but this is not true! The apartment does not have a working air conditioner and the owner does not warn about it. From the latest reviews, it can be seen that the problem did not arise suddenly, but has existed for a long time. They offer a portable air conditioner which is useless because it is not connected properly, so that the warm air goes outside, it just stays inside and heats up the apartment even more (photo attached). And also fans in the bedrooms - which is generally ridiculous in this heat! As a result, we were forced to suffer in this heat for 2 nights, and the owner did not even offer any compensation! I would not recommend this property to anyone with this attitude!

Nice location and nice flat. Problematic infrastructures

The location was great.

The air condition didn’t work. I’v been told by the the stuff that booking should notify me about that, but the didn’t. The owner put a portable air conditioner, but it was useless because it made a lot of noise and it output a lot of hot air from it back side…😶😡 .the garage- Although it has a garage, I was very problematic!! It has a car elevator that was so small and tight that it was *very** challenging to get out from it.

Air conditioning was not working, unit was equipped with a portable device which was extremely noisy and too small to cover the apartment No info shared prior to arrival - only asked during the check is “are you a fan of air conditioning? Because the unit’s one is under maintenance” - that day there were 37 degrees outside Private parking another disappointment, only good and convenient if you have a super tiny car, otherwise forget it

The location of the apartment is fabulous. The beds were comfortable, amenities excellent.

minor point, the car parking, whilst a godsend to have is a decent challenge to even the best of drivers with cars bigger than a VW Golf. In the end it worked but there were some heart stopping moments :)

Very comfortable.

Location was excellent and quiet during the night. Larger than we expected and the beds and sofa very comfortable. Coffee machine was a bonus.

The washing machine was unusable as the door seals were filled with mould. We had requested a cot and high chair which were not in site. In the end they were not needed so it was not an issue raised at the time.

Exceptional

This house was a gem! We loved it so much that we even bought our own pasta to cook in its lovely kitchen, which was really well equipped. The deco was gorgeous and the house was spacious. It really felt like home and we adored staying there for one night. If we ever get back to Parma, we will stay here again, for sure!!

Apartment was spacious and furnishings comfortable. It was reasonably close to main sites in town. Yes, there is parking BUT (see below)

The parking option is unbelievably tight even for a small car. Once car was in we spent 3 days worrying about how we would get it out again. There is very limited room for manoeuvring any sized vehicle. The immediate location of the apartment did not feel particularly safe especially at night.

Comfortable bed and seating. Location was great. Apartment was bright and clean. Able to do laundry in the washing machine and dry on provided racks. Great shower. Easy walking distance to town center and Parco Ducale.

Parking was very difficult to negotiate. No toiletries were provided. We would have liked instructions for how to use the washer and stove top. Limited interaction with the staff. We think more explanation of the parking process should be given.

Location, apartment, host were all excellent!

Everything was amazing! The apartment is located in a quiet and colorful street close to the center. Beautiful, minimally decorated with some personal touches apartment. Everything was really clean, comfortable beds, functional and new bathrooms, kitchen. But, most of all is that Paolo was really responsive, helpful, and polite! We totally recommend the place for a short or long stay in Parma!

The apartment was very clean, spacious, great to have two bathrooms with toilets, well equipped kitchen, great location few minutes to walk to the center but in a quiet street, big bonus a garage. Excellent stay in Parma

We liked everything about the apartment. Very comfortable and spacious. Excellent facilities including a dishwasher, washing machine and a smart TV. Great location. 5 mins walk to Piazza Garibaldi and the historical centre. Paolo was very responsive to texts etc. He met us at the apartment on arrival, explained everything and answered all questions and even went out of his way to drive us to the train station when a taxi was not available. Highly recommend staying here.

Parma is worth a visit!

Clean,well equipped, convenient location and awesome host. Screw up on Booking.com’s part though - booked a 2 bdrm for party of 3 and host thought there were only two of us. Had to bring my in a rollaway bed. Host was very accommodating -even gave us a ride to train station.

Für den nächsten Aufenthalt werden wir uns diese Wohnung nicht mehr mieten.

Die Lage ist gut,man kann das Zentrum gut zu Fuß in ein paar Minuten erreichen.

Die Wohnung ist extrem hellhörig. In beiden Duschen war es nicht möglich zu duschen ohne das komplette Bad unter Wasser zu setzen. Beide Abflüsse waren verstopft. Das wurde in den Bewertungen schon vor einem Monat angesprochen und nicht behoben!
