A perfect location and a pretty apartment

Perfect for a solo traveler or for a couple. Nice bed and nicely decorated apartment. Host was very friendly and communicated fast. :)

If you're a giant like me (over 180 cm) tall you're gonna have some trouble with the kitchen. Nothing that you can't handle but the ceiling is quite low. The water pressure isn't the best.

Exceptional

I love love the apartment. Location was okay, just few minutes walking distance from the train station to the apartment, you can use the public transport too. Apartment was clean and spacious, love the interior decoration, bed was so comfy, AC was working very fine and netflix to chill if you don't feel like going out. I love how the bathroom is kinda away from the room and the mirror in front of the bathtub to see yourself while you take a shower. 😆 Definitely recommend this place for everyone who wants to visit Parma, everything you need is around, from supermarket to bar's and restaurants. So it's a 10 for me.

I didn't like that the host was a bit rude to me at the first Day, probably he was having a bad day. But that's his problem. Anyways the rest days he was cool and nice. I only stayed for the weekend and definitely worth it..

Very cold in the winter (not sufficient heating) and the bathroom is outside (you need to pass though the staircase.

Ambiente carino, ma non irresistibile

Ambiente apparentemente sofisticato, ma con diversi difetti. La porta di ingresso ha una chiusura piuttosto blanda, la TV non era funzionante. L'accoglienza è stata poco curata: piccoli dettagli prontamente risolti, ma è un dettaglio che stride a ronte alla puntigliosità con cui il gestore tende a sottolineare i doveri degli ospiti, nelle comunicazioni post prenotazione. Viaggiavo in treno e ho comunicato la possibilità di un arrivo in ritardo rispetto all'orario di check in concordato, ricevendo come risposta la richiesta di un sovrapprezzo con pagamento prima dell'ingresso in appartamento. Scelta legittima, ma discutibile soprattutto alla luce del fatto che il check-in si svolge in remoto.

Neu und modern eingerichtet. Super Lage. Guter Preis.

Sehr saubere und modern eingerichtete Wohnung. Super Lage-in wenigen Minuten direkt in der Stadt. Auch der Gastgeber war sehr höflich. Guter Preis, wenn man andere heruntergekommene Unterkünfte in der Umgebung begleicht.

Voyageurs à vélo, fuyez!

Objectivement c'est calme et bien situé.

Faire payer 25€ en plus de la location pour mettre son vélo en bas des escaliers de l'immeuble ( en précisant que c'est plus sûr que dans la cour où la grille d'entrée reste ouverte -photo à l'appui), dire qu'on va vous donner un reçu que je n'ai jamais eu, j'appelle cela de l'arnaque. C plus cher qu'une place de parking de nuit pour une voiture. Cet hébergement n'aime pas les voyageurs à vélo, je n'aime pas cet hébergement !!! En plus, si vous êtes grand, l'appartement étant sous les combles, attendez vous à vous cogner la tête !

La camera è molto pulita e carina curata nei dettagli

Che in fase di prenotazione non c è scritto tutto quello che si paga dopo. Io avevo prenotato per la vasca ma il costo per l’ utilizzo si paga a parte e non è neanche molto economico.

Sembra un rifugio per innamorati! Piccolo terrazzino sopra il tetto perfetto per prendere un aperitivo.

Appartamento posto al terzo piano di una piccola palazzina privata senza ascensore. Essendo alto 1,80 m. in cucina, nel corridoio e in bagno ho dovuto prestare attenzione per evitare di sbattere la testa ma ci si fa presto l'abitudine, la camera ha un'altezza normale. La vasca idromassaggio in camera è a pagamento, non ho trovato nessuna opzione per prenotarla online. Consiglio di posticipare l'ora del check-out alle 11.00, adesso è prevista alle 10.00.
