Very nice rooms, clean and modern.

Breakfast offered a fair variety but the quality of the servings was far below expectations: quality of pastries, bread, bacon, scrambled eggs was very low.

The staff at the front desk were absolutely wonderful. From our check in , to later check in to early morning (we left as the breakfast was just opening, the front desk gave me a bag to get pastries and juice to take to the airport. I would recommend highly

We had a great stay. There was plenty parking space in the area. The rooms were very clean and silent. It was a very nice stay. Staff is lovely.

Not first time in this hotel

I’ve asked during the Booking to have an earlier check in around 11:00/12am, they sent me an email where they stated to do all the best to satisfy my requirements. when I arrived at 11am the lady at the reception Said me that the check in starts from 5am and There’s no way to enter before. I’ve stayed 2,5h in the table in from off the reception and during this time nodoby asked me if I want a glass of water or maybe that a room is available. No other comments Is this hotel a 4stars Hilton?

Staying while attending a conference. Only went to the hotel to sleep; it served that purpose great.

There was a good selection and the quality was good, although the options were the same every day. The location is great, right across the street from Massy train station, with great connections to Paris and the surrounding towns.

The room was lovely; it was spacious, modern, and clean. Being across the road from the metro was convenient. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

I believe the breakfast choices could be improved. I would have appreciated a greater variety of fresh fruits and yogurts.

Profoundly dissatisfied with my stay due to uncooperative receptionists and communication hindrances

Extremely disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel. Arrived with my 5-year-old daughter, exhausted and in need of a room, only to be told it was fully booked. Checked online and found available rooms. Receptionist refused to assist and was condescending. When I finally initiated online booking, their attitude changed. During checkout, I asked for an email to make a complaint, but the morning receptionist provided an incorrect address. This deliberate obstruction added to my frustration. Such behavior from staff hinders transparency and communication. I hope the hotel takes my complaint seriously and ensures better service in the future.

Missed breakfast no notice of times served. Dinner in restaurant was pleasant. Great location as we arrived via train. Easy drive to airport. Rooms fine.

Inflexible staff towards early check-in When time finally came around room was still not available. Aircondition in room could not really be adjusted or turned off, continually returns to noise and cold room.

The breakfast is very good. If there is no problem with train, i would say the transporant is convienent. However, there was road work and the train did not work. I have to take the shuttle bus, which is really inconvienent.

The hotel did not provide sufficient bottles of water. I stayed there for five nights and they only provide water at the first day. A bottle of water is worth nothing, but it make customer feel better.

Great place, fantastic value, very clean and very spacious

We love the area despite it being a modern dormitory town. Unusual it is very lively and plenty of bars and restaurants in the direct surroundings. Very convenient for us while traveling to our holiday destination

The only flaw would be that the Hilton doesn't have its own carpark so you have to factor in paying for the public carpark next door. The public carpark however is very secure.
