Relatively close to AgroParisTech, my destination.

The corridors of the residence were not clean as well as the dishwasher.

It has a car parking garage.

The walls were very dirty. Not enough towels. Needs maintenance.

Good value for money.

We had to change room after the first night due to water leaking from the ceiling in the bathroom.

Comfortable beds and clean rooms. Very good breakfast. Nice staff.

Cleaning could be better

Really affordable place. The rooms are spacious and clean. They provide you with all the necessary amenities. Friendly staff. Breakfast was a buffet and it was quite simple. But it was filling you—just about 6min walk from the nearest RER train station. You can find a lot of restaurants within walk in distance and it was really helpful when you need some extra meal.

Well, nothing much actually. But we stayed there for 3 nights and they did not clean our room or provide new towels at all. May be they do only if we ask for it. Not sure. However, this is far from the central Paris city attractions. It will take up to 50min to reach Eiffel and other Paris city center attractions. If you are about to use public transportation be mindful with it. But if you have a vehicle I would say this is a perfect affordable hotel.

Modern room, silent at night, with kitchenette, bed mattress was very comfortable.

I am a frequent traveler. I found very rude and unsupportive personnel here. In the middle of my stay, running hot water stopped working, they told me there was a broken pipe in the hotel, so several rooms had to be isolated. They told me to be patient, for three days in a row... At that point, I went to the reception asking for a room replacement (other rooms were not affected by the problem). If you can not offer a service, you should at least try to offer an alternative solution or a reimbursement, but none of these were offered to me. I had instead to argue with the manager to get a new room and being able to take a hot shower again... All that was very frustrating, beside the discomfort, the interaction with the rude receptionists and the manager was disappointing. In the new room, three was no hairdryer - so it took me another day to get one. Also, rooms were not cleaned and made daily, they cleaned my room only once during my sojourn. In addition to being rude, the hotel staff at the reception did not speak decent English, so for any non-standard request I had (e.g., getting my hotel receipt in advance prior to living to expedite my departure, changing room, etc.) communication was always a struggle. Needless to say, I will never be back here - there is plenty of alternatives in the area.

Rooms are fully equipped, stuff on reception is very welcoming and professional, residence is near RER. Very tasty Japanese restaraunt opposite the residence. And amazing scent of aromatizer in the building!

Our stay was very pleasant. The studio was spacious enough and had all the necessary and advertised facilities. The reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful when needed.

the rooms were very smart and comfortable and the staff were very amazing and very helpful. Especially the two Senegalese the lady and gentleman (forget their names) they would go out of their way and forever smiling.

the cleaning schedule if it can be changed so the rooms are cleaned more frequently during the week.

Almost everything.Hot water was not available in bathroom for shower.And when we ask dm to make it hot they said we can't do anything.For cleaning,towels change n everything was chargeable.Towels sheets nothing was included.

Unbeatable location close to RER B. Comfortable room, big bed, having two desks/tables is very convinient, all needed to cook and eat, fridge.

The previous heavily smoking guests left a strong smell of smoke that wasn't good at all
