Comfortable, clean hotel in a suburban centre of Paris. Staff were nice and helpful and breakfast was excellent. Close to supermarkets, bakeries and a laundromat and there is a lovely park close by.

Taxi to Orly was expensive (70 euro). Public transport is available but is a bit complicated.

Room very small. No food available at weekend evening. No places open nearby so had to order in pizzas. Local tax taken twice from my account. Booked through booking.com tried to contact them re email texts and WhatsApp messages looking for more money took it to be a scam

hotels MUST check that things work before customers arrive. Our TV didn’t work so we had to change rooms after we had unpacked. The breakfast selection was below expectations. there was zero space on the vanity in the bathroom to place bathroom items.

It's cheap, kind of clean and calm

Very far from the center of Paris, making it so difficult to go and come back specially if you need to go after the public transportation operating hours, you will take a taxi or Uber that will cost you more than the money difference to book a hotel in the center of Paris, I asked for late breakfast they refused, late checkout also rejected, second day I felt like the bed sheets are smelly so I requested the house keeping to change but she refused, finally after I complained she said she will bring the sheets to me and I change it not her !!! Which was totally not acceptable, then her supervisor came and solved the issue.

the deposit process at check-in was very cumbersome, nothing compared to what we encounter, say for car-rental ... after giving manualy the credit card number to the staff, they would send an acceptance mail for the deposit transaction that needed approval (from your bank) in a short time. very heavy for a late (1:00 AM) check-in ....
