Clean and very well organised and equipped.

The apartment is right in the centre of the city. It was very well equipped with kitchen , fridge, microwave and beds were very clean . The bathrooms were very clean. There were two ventilating fans as well. The staff responded very quickly.i would like to recommend it to every family . So i would rate them 10/10

Great location, but hot and hospitality could be better.

Nice large place in the center of the city.

The accommodation was very hot due to the lack of airconditioning. Additionally, we were traveling with a group of 3 but only 2 beds were made. However, upon contacting the staff we got told we should have informed them before that we needed 3 beds. This was sort of understandable, but then we got completely ignored when we asked for an extra set of sheets.

In the HEART of Trento

Excellent location and lovely apartment in the centre of Trento. We visited during a heatwave. Although the apartment is without air condition, when we texted the owner to bring another fan, this was brought immediately. Excellent communication.

The location was perfect and the flat was clean.

We didn't have the best experience with Yugogo. We don't recommend this apartment for long stays, nor for groups of people. We stayed there for 7 days and we were not really able to cook (not enough stuff to cook for 4 people). There was only 1 dishwasher tab, only 1 dish towel, only 1 sponge that we had to use to clean everything (from the dishes to the table). Not even salt and basic condiments were available. Also, the oven was not working and there is no washing machine available, which doesn't really make sense for such a large flat, and forced us to pay to wash our clothes. They also made us pay 10 euros per night for our small dog which I never seen anywhere in the past (I have always paid an extra fee for the entire stay, most of the times between 10 and 20 euros, never paid per day for dog). To summarize, location and cleanliness were great, but they give you barely the minimum, very cold "hotel" hospitality. The lack of warmth in the service they provide was a bit upsetting for Italian standards. Recommended only for a couple of days, not for long stays, and be ready to arrive with some of the basic stuff with you because you will not find them there.

IKEA central, as basic as it gets!

The location was perfect. It was easy to check in.

It was the most sterile, basic apartment we have ever stayed in. There were no maps or information on the city. It needed a little personality. It was annoying that to pay an unexpected up charge for sheets for the third bed, although it was known that three people were renting the apartment.

The apartment is located in the very center of the town, it is large and cozy. Our host was great, he offered to pick us up with the car at the train station and we had a smooth interaction overall!

We didn't find basic ingredients that are usually present like salt/sugar/oil. We had to buy them, which is not ideal for a short stay. I wish the kitchen had more/better tools, but that's a very minor point.

Nice, large, clean, and well equipped apartment. Very good location near piazza Féria (right outside) and San Vigilio (2 min walk). Parking in piazza Féria with owner negotiated discount was nice and convenient.

Spazio e confortevole appartamento in pieno centro

La posizione è assolutamente strategica, a pochi minuti dal Duomo e dall'Università. Ottima la disposizione delle camere, che assicura privacy a due famiglie di amici (anche con figli, visto che una camera ha 4 posti letto e l'altra 3) o due colleghi, con bagni separati. Struttura perfettamente pulita e letti confortevoli, dotazione interna elettrodomestici moderna e funzionale. Perfetta organizzazione da parte dell'Agenzia Yugogo per codice ingresso, parcheggio, fatturazione, etc

Pressoche nulla, a esagerare si potrebbe collocare una macchina da caffe espresso con qualche cialda di welcome

Sparsom service i skabene, ingen vin glas fx. Vi var i Trento i juli, så kunne det have været rart med aircondition. Dog var der stillet ventilator op, som hjalp.

Perfekte Wohnung

Die Wohnung liegt im ersten Stock in einem sehr schönen Haus mitten in der Altstadt / Fußgängerzone. Sehr großzügig, sehr sauber, schöne Einrichtung, wir haben uns gleich zuhause gefühlt. Für unsere Motorräder hat uns das Yugogo Team ein 4 Tages Ticket in der öffentlichen Parkgarage organisiert. Direkt gegenüber konnten wir ab 8 Uhr Frühstücken. Alles in allem ein perfektes langes Wochenende. Vielen Dank. Wir kommen wieder.

Die Fußgängerzone ist Nachts natürlich laut und morgens wird der Müll abgeholt. Wer dass nicht mag muss außerhalb wohnen 😉

Excelente localização, apartamento muito confortável.

A localização é excelente possibilitando muitos passeios a pé. Tudo o que necessitamos estava próximo, pães, frios, mercado.O apartamento é amplo, reformado, com camas, toalhas, roupas de cama de ótima qualidade, novos. O estacionamento pago fica ao lado, muito bom.

A recepção do anfitrião poderia ser melhor. A nossa chegada 1 hora antes foi aprovada mas ele não gostou, não estava presente para entregar o cartão do estacionamento. A cozinha precisa de mais objetos como ralador, pano de prato e alguns pequenos detalhes como sal, açúcar, azeite, etc.Só funcionou uma boca do fogão.

Tutto come da foto, comodissimo e in pieno centro storico.

La posizione era molto comoda, l'appartamento è spazioso, ben pulito e ben arredato. La cucina è ben fornita di suppellettili per poter cucinare senza preoccuparsi della loro mancanza. All'arrivo abbiamo incontrato il personale di pulizia, sono stati gentilissimi anche se noi li avevamo disturbati arrivando in anticipo.

Metterei a disposizione qualche coperta in più, ad esempio per il divano che essendo in pelle è un po' scivoloso, specialmente per gli anziani.
