Clean and modern apartment with excellent location on the lake for lots of outside and water fun.

The location was perfect! Steps away from a nice beach. There were plenty of paddle boards and kayaks to use for our entire family. The apartment was modern and clean with everything you need, including a coffee machine. The host also provides grills outdoors for use so we had a lovely time grilling and playing cards outside.

Truly, everything was wonderful. The only improvement I could suggest would be to provide more fans since it was quite warm at night in the summer. But other than that, everything was wonderful!

Nice place for a short stay.

The apartment had a lovey garden with bbqs and lounge chairs and was lake front. The bed was very comfortable and we had a small garage to park our bikes. The apartment was very clean.

The sofa was not very comfortable and there is a campground across the street that was very loud in the evenings.

Updated, beautiful, fully equipped apartment big enough for the whole family.

The host was very responsive and super helpful. She did a really good job of explaining the access process and was overall an incredibly good host. We would definitely look at this property again.

There wasn't much to not like. The house was beautiful, fully equipped and an easy stay. The host was AWESOME! The only glitch was that the check-in process was a little cumbersome and not really straight forward, but we worked through it.

Really comfortable apartment, easy touch owner, very clean, very fast Wi-Fi, well equipped kitchen, nice location near lake, some drinks in the refrigerator was wonderful!

There wasn’t toaster, no electric kettle neither. Whenever turning on the oven, the electricity in whole apartment will be shutdown. :((

Appartamento molto luminoso sito al piano rialzato di una casa indipendente con cortile, giardino, e parcheggio spazioso. L'appartamento si affaccia sul lago in una zona tranquilla, estremamente silenzioso. È dotato di tutti i comfort per poterci cucinare, piano a induzione, macchina del caffè, stoviglie varie, lavastoviglie.. Appartamento arredato con gusto e pulito Televisione sia nel Living che in camera . Presente lavatrice, stendino, phon. Personale molto cortese, check in on line in tutte le lingue .

Accortezze in più gradite: Sarebbe bello trovare un sapone, uno shampoo doccia, 1 rotolo di scottex , l'illuminazione esterna pedonale con un carrello che indica l'ingresso di servizio per gli ospiti. Gradito anche un appendi giacca a piantana o da parete. Materasso molto morbido. Non c'è il balcone.

Super Lage am See, SUPs vorhanden, schöner Garten zum Verweilen, Fahrräder konnten im Keller sicher stehen, Kaffeevollautomat mit Kaffeebohnen.

Keine Garderobe, kein einziger Hacken für Jacken, keine Regale und Schubladen für Kleidung. Leider mussten wir aus dem Koffer leben. Schlechtes Internet. Download funktioniert, steaming bricht immer wieder ab, selbst bei Web-Radio. Leider kein Sat-TV mit deutschen Sendern (wäre für die zwei Regentage ganz nett gewesen). Unbedingt die Youtube Videos anschauen, um die Keybox zu finden.

Jammer. Met een beetje extra inspanning van de host en de schoonmaak had het perfect kunnen zijn

De ligging van de locatie is prachtig. Het appartement is ruim. Goede verblijfsruimte onder een overkapping in de tuin. De vrij te gebruiken sups en de zeer korte afstand(50 meter) naar het strand. Ruime parkeerplaatsen en voldoende goede restaurants dichtbij.

Gemelde problemen met het toilet, kleine knop werkte in het geheel niet en het wegspoelen met de grote knop ging zo langzaam dat het nauwelijks effect had, werden niet adequaat opgelost. Het toilet doorspoelen met een emmer is nu niet iets dat je verwacht in een appartement van deze prijs. Verder was er een mooie koffiemachine maar die moest eerst door ons worden schoon gemaakt, in de brew-unit stond de schimmel dik in, voor dat die gebruikt kon worden. De 6 had een 9 kunnen zijn als er adequaat gehandeld was door de host.

Accoglienza e risoluzione dei problemi o delle richieste: (insufficiente) tutto è affidato a un call center che anche se ti risponde subito ti dà ragione ma non ti risolve alcun problema. Sono entrato e mancavano molte cose: addirittura mancava il sale nella lavastoviglie che senza sale non funzionava. Infatti erano sporchi i piatti lasciati dentro perché la lavastoviglie non era partita. Mancava carta tipo scottex e tante cose utili per cucinare per una famiglia. Per esempio le pentole erano molto piccole, diciamo per due persone che mangiano poco, mentre la descrizione era di un appartamento familiare. Sono dovuto andare ad un supermercato a comprare quello che mancava, pentole adeguate, sale per lavastoviglie, etc. In generale appartamento ben ristrutturato ma la doccia era sporca. Come una sedia era sporca assai. Ho segnalato anche questo ma nessuno è venuto a pulire nei tre giorni. Abbiamo dovuto provvedere noi senza avere compensazioni. Il costo era di 220 euro al giorno! Ti aspetti un servizio da albergo! Il divano letto cigolava molto e diciamo che per 2 persone in camera letto va bene mentre per 4, con due ragazzi sul divano letto non è perfettamente attrezzata. Il servizio di call center ti dà ragione e si scusa subito ma solo su whatsapp, ma poi nessuno risolve niente.

Schöner Urlaub wegen der tollen Seelage, allerdings Abstriche bei der Sauberkeit der Wohnung.

Super Lage, Kanus vorhanden, SUP vorhanden, kein Klimaanlage dafür aber super Ventilatoren, schöner Balkon, schattiger Garten, genügend Liegen vorhanden, schön eingerichtete Wohnung, unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe durch Schlüsselkasten; bei Rückfragen konnte der Vermieter jederzeit per whatsapp kontaktiert werden und antwortete sehr zeitnah

Die Küche war nicht geputzt. Trotz Reklamation und nochmaligem Besuch der Putzfrau, musste die Küche von uns dann selbst gereinigt werden. In den Schubladen lag Dreck, die Griffleisten waren staubig und dreckig, die Teller hatten ausgeschlagene Ecken. Im Backrohr war der Dreck der Vormieter noch vorhanden. In den Abtropftasse lag Ungeziefer. Überhaupt waren in jedem Raum Spinnweben in den Ecken. In einem der Bäder fehlt ein Handtuchhalter, 2 Zimmertüren ließen sich gar nicht schließen. Ein Türgriff löste sich bei unserer Ankunft, was von uns selbst repariert wurde. Die Fernbedienung eines Ventilators war leer - wurde bei der Putzfrau reklamiert, sie half aber nicht weiter und konnte auch keine Ersatzbatterie anbieten. In der Wohnung gab es nirgends zufriedenstellendes WLAN! Streamingdienste am Fernseher konnten nicht genutzt werden, wurde aber in der Beschreibung angeboten. Wir haben absichtlich die Wohnung mit 3 Schlafzimmern gemietet, mussten dann aber für den Bettbezug des 3. Zimmers separat bezahlen. Im Garten wird ohne Fangkorb gemäht - d.h. das Stiegenhaus ist dementsprechend dreckig und wird nicht gereinigt. Es wurde während unseres 10-tägigen Aufenthaltes lediglich 1x gekehrt - gewischt trotz alter Flecken gar nie. Das Putzpersonal raucht anscheinend lieber 1 Stunde im Garten, als umsichtig sauber zu machen. Leider ist eine hervorragende Bewertung in Anbetracht der aufgezählten Punkte nicht möglich.

Super schöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und hat eine super Lage am See. Wir waren das zweite Mal hier. Das 1. Mal im April und das 2. Mal im August. Beide Male waren sehr schön. Inklusive die SUP und die Kajaks.

Leider gab es keinen Zugang zum Internet.

Perfecto Gabbiano

We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad in dit appartement vlak bij het Caldonazzomeer. De ligging is echt perfect – direct aan het meer, met de mogelijkheid om gebruik te maken van de kano en SUP. Dat maakte het verblijf extra bijzonder, zeker op warme dagen. Het appartement en de faciliteiten zijn top. Alles is netjes en verzorgd, en er is voldoende ruimte in de tuin om zowel je eigen plekje te vinden als een praatje te maken met andere gasten. Die balans tussen privacy en gezelligheid is echt prettig. Prijs-kwaliteitverhouding is gewoon goed, en de communicatie met de verhuurder was vooraf, tijdens én na het verblijf meer dan in orde. Zeker een plek om te onthouden!

Het enige minpuntje is dat het permanent bewoonde appartement voorzien is van airco, terwijl de verhuurde appartementen dat niet hebben. Dat voelt als verkeerde zuinigheid, zeker gezien de warme zomerdagen. De aanwezige ventilator doet z'n werk maar zou beter vervangen kunnen worden door een plafondventilator. Houd er ook rekening mee dat het buiten soms wat gehorig kan zijn door de nabijgelegen campings, al stoorde ons dat niet echt.

Wunderbares Apartment mit riesigem schattigen Garten direkt am See. Wir kommen wieder!

Das Apartment war sehr schön und sauber, mit einem großen Bad und geräumigem Schlafzimmer. Auch das Wohnzimmer mit integrierter Küchenzeile war perfekt. Die Lage direkt am See einzigartig ist, besonders der große Garten mit hohen, schattigen Bäumen hat uns sehr gefallen. Jedes Apartment hat im Garten einen überdachten Sitzplatz mit großem Tisch und Grill sowie Liegen und Hängematte zur Verfügung. Auch SUPs und Kajaks stehen kostenlos zur Verfügung - einfach toll. Wir kommen sicher gerne wieder!

Ein kleines Manko ist das Fehlen einer Klimaanlage (die vorhandenen Ventilatoren schaffen es nicht, die Luft abzukühlen), sowie fehlendes Besteck und zu wenig Möglichkeit, die Kleidung zu verstauen (ein größerer Kleiderkasten bzw. eine Kommode wären da sehr hilfreich und hätten auch im Schlafzimmer genügend Platz)

Sehr schöne 4 Tage für eine Gruppe von 9 (in 2 Wohnungen).

Der direkte Zugang zum See, der Balkon mit Sicht auf Garten und See waren wunderbar. Die Zimmer und Badezimmer sind bequem und großzügig. Die Umgebung ist toll zum Wandern, Fahrradfahren und Ausfüge machen. Wassersport sowieso...

Der check-in war durch Kommunikationsprobleme verzögert, es geht alles über email, messenger-Dienst oder die Buchungsplatform. Das war aufwendig, am Ende hat es gut geklappt.

Tolles Appartement

Eine super schöne Wohnung. Der Ausblick was sehr schön direkt auf den See und auf die Berge. Die Ausstattung hat gepasst, ich hätte mir nur noch ein Regal in der Küche gewünscht für mehr Abstellfläche. Sowie in den Schlafzimmern noch ein Stuhl. Ansonsten war alles vorhanden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Nochmals vielen Dank. Wir kommen wieder.

Soggiorno indimenticabile tutto al top anche il prezzo!!

Praticamente appartamento come nuovo, totalmente accessoriato di tutto, un televisore per camera, sorpresa natalizia di pandoro, bottiglia di prosecco, cioccolatini, ecc tutta di marca non dozzinale, grande Stefania sei top!!!. Anche per le comunicazioni top!! Grazie ancora per le belle giornate che ci hai fatto passare!!!
