Great flat with top location:)

Great flat, only 8 mins to the lake by foot, we went for a morning swim every day. The center of the village with restaurants and gelaterias is only 5mins by foot- amazing! We went as a group of friends, the sofa was comfortable as well and we had everything we needed, even a dishwasher :)

Appartamento nuovo, posizione ottima

Appartamento nuovo, fornito di tutto il necessario. Per un famiglia di quattro persone ed un cagnolino è ottimo. Luminoso e spazioso, ottimo riscaldamento. La posizione è ottima... A due passi dal Lago di Levico e dal centro storico. In prossimità dell'appartamento si trova parcheggio gratuitamente e supermercati e altri negozi. Proprietario gentile e accogliente. Bella esperienza.

Unico appunto che mi sento di fare è per la polvere, forse era chiuso da un po' e si era accumulata della polvere.

Sehr schöne Lage

Die Lage ist wunderbar, genau in der Mitte zwischen See und Innenstadt. Es sind nur ca. 10 Gehminuten in die jeweilige Richtung. In der Nähe gibt es einen großen kostenlosen Parkplatz. Obwohl die Wohnung direkt an der Straße liegt, war es ruhig. Es war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet, in der Küche waren Salz, Öl, Gewürze und sogar Kaffee vorhanden. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und jederzeit erreichbar. Unser Hund war ohne Aufpreis willkommen.

Bettwäsche und Handtücher müssen selbst mitgebracht werden oder teuer ausgeliehen werden.

Atteggiamento allucinante e falsità online

PREMESSA: Questa è la seconda recensione che lasciamo. La prima aveva "6" come valutazione, con una disamina critica ma onesta. L'host ha deciso di rispondere su booking cercando di screditare la nostra recensione, dichiarando falsità (come ad esempio che avremmo disdetto e poi riprenotato l'appartamento in modo strategico per far abbassare il prezzo, ma ABBIAMO LA CHAT DI BOOKING CON TUTTI I MESSAGGI CHE DESCRIVONO PERFETTAMENTE COSA E' SUCCESSO E PERCHE', cosa che faremo notare nuovamente a Booking nel caso cerchi di dichiarare NUOVAMENTE falsità anche nella prossima risposta) così abbiamo chiesto a Booking di poter aggiungere fotografie a prova di quanto stavamo dichiarando e di modificare la recensione. In tanti anni di viaggi non ci è MAI capitata una situazione simile, prima attaccati in loco e poi screditati online con falsità. Il tutto in controtendenza con le recensioni che si vedono di questo posto. Mi chiedo a questo punto se siano vere o comprate come fanno in tanti. Fortunatamente le fotografie non mentono. Io spero non vi capiti MAI una cosa del genere. Una persona con un letto pieno di PELI e capelli davanti agli occhi, di fronte ad una famiglia e un neonato di 4 mesi che gli chiede cortesemente se possono essere cambiate le lenzuola, che ti dice "IO I PELI NON LI VEDO", chiama il marito e se ne va stizzita senza nè scusarsi, nè ripresentarsi, nè salutare quando finito di cambiare il letto. Sembrava un telefilm.. (di quelli brutti) Detto questo, del soggiorno ci è piaciuta la posizione centrale dell'appartamento e il fatto che fosse ristrutturato da poco.

- La scarsa pulizia dell'appartamento (polvere, peli, ditate, unto). Lascio le fotografie a riprova di quanto trovato all'arrivo: peli e capelli nel letto (le lenzuola sono state fornite a pagamento come descritto su booking, ci si aspettava che almeno fossero PULITE!), a seguire si possono vedere ragnatele, sporcizia nel piatto doccia, unto sulla porta del frigo, sporcizia e PELI dentro il cassetto del freezer, utensili trovati arrugginiti e un utensile ricoperto di grasso trovato all'interno del frigorifero. Non abbiamo fotografato la polvere trovata in terra e sopra i mobili perchè ci sembrava superfluo.... - Ancor peggio è stato l'atteggiamento inqualificabile dell'host (marito e moglie) nel momento in cui è stato fatto notare che il corredo letto fosse sporco e chiesto se gentilmente ci potesse essere cambiato. La signora, visibilmente stizzita e CON I PELI DAVANTI AGLI OCCHI e con noi presenti, negava la loro presenza creando una situazione persino grottesca!! Gli abbiamo fatto notare che ci fossero dei peli e dello sporco anche nel freezer ma in quel caso si è addirittura rifiutata di guardare continuando a dire che "fosse impossibile" (assurdo!). Con fatica e diverse imprecazioni ci sono state cambiate le lenzuola senza porgere la minima scusa per l'accaduto. Nel frattempo ci è stato passato il marito Massimo al telefono, anch'egli stizzito, che negava quanto stavamo dicendo (senza nemmeno aver visto la stanza!!!) con la promessa che sarebbe passato poco più tardi a controllare. Beh, non si è mai fatto vedere! Tra l'altro durante la telefonata si è pure lamentato che avesse dovuto rispondere a molti messaggi sulla chat di booking prima del soggiorno e che avesse dovuto PERSINO darmi le dimensioni della culla per il piccolo. Ovviamente tutta questa situazione ci ha condizionato la permanenza. In tanti anni di viaggi penso di non aver mai assistito a scene del genere.

Posizione comoda, vicino al centro e al supermercato. Presenti in casa tutti gli accessori e detersivi per cucina e bagno. Carta igienica, bollitore, macchina caffè, caffettiera, pentole, ecc… Drink di benvenuto, caffè, the, latte, brioches, ecc. Biancheria da pagare se viene richiesta. Riscaldamento funziona. Host disponibile.

Pur essendo una zona tranquilla, si sentono i rumori dagli appartamenti contigui (da sopra in particolare) e dalla strada (è al piano terra). Manca bidet e microonde (c’è forno comunque).

L'appartamento è molto bello e dotato di ogni comfort. Il letto era comodissimo ,i cuscini forse troppo alti (parere personale ovviamente), era presente sia la lavastoviglie che la lavatrice. Smart Tv molto grande, connessione Wi-Fi ottima ! tutto molto moderno ma con stile montagna.. Bellissimo !! La posizione è super, 5 minuti scarsi dal centro! sicuramente torneremo !!

Il proprietario molto gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo trovato nel frigo anche delle bevande di benvenuto che per me e stato un gesto molto carino. La posizione del appartamento e ottima. Ultimo giorno ci ha lasciato mettere le valige in una stanza per non portarli in giro con noi.
