L'appartamento è molto carino , ben tenuto e pulito. Si vede la cura con cui i proprietari lo tengono. Vicinissimo al centro di Levico. Io e i miei amici torneremo sicuramente.

Assolutamente consigliato!

Ottima posizione a due passi dal centro e dal lago, appartamento nuovissimo, pulitissimo e molto spazioso con un terrazzino magnifico. Ideale per famiglie con bimbi piccoli perché bello spazioso e dotato di lettino, seggiolone e spazio dove lasciare il passeggino. Personale gentile e molto disponibile. Consiglio assolutamente.

appartamento appena ristrutturato, con tutti i servizi. Ampio e pulitissimo, un bel balcone con tavolo. Posizione ottima, parcheggio riservato, proprietari veramente disponibili.

Casa bella nuova, pulitissima e tecnologica. Si vede il lago e tutti i bei paesaggi che sono intorno. Posizione strategica per andare a visitare tutte le bellezze del posto. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Ritornerei in qualsiasi momento

Tra tutte le strutture nelle quali ho alloggiato in giro per l’Italia ed all’estero , devo dire che è l’appartamento più all’avanguardia che io abbia mai trovato . Domotica invidiabile , pulizia , ampi spazi , attrezzato di qualsiasi cosa , zero rumori dall’esterno , parcheggio gratuito …potrei andare avanti ad elencare solo pregi . Inoltre Marco ( il gestore ) ha accettato anche consigli su eventuali miglioramenti ( anche se non ci fosse bisogno ) . Di sicuro non ci tornerò e lo consiglio a chiunque .

Nonostante il tempo non sia stato dei migliori, a Levico e dintorni c'è sempre qualcosa da fare

Posizione ottima, sia per visitare il lago sia per il centro storico. Appartamento nuovissimo e super accessoriato, stanze ampie, ottime le pulizie così come l'arredamento. Apprezzata la selezione dei tè messa a disposizione dei clienti. Proprietari cordiali e sempre disponibili.

C'è solo uno specchio in bagno, sarebbe opportuno posizionarne un'altro. TV 50 pollici forse troppo vicina al divano (per essere pignoli, e scrivere qualcosa in questo spazio...)

Soggiorno perfetto!!

Io e la mia ragazza abbiamo trascorso una bella vacanza in questo appartamento che si è rivelato perfetto sotto tutti i punti di vista. La struttura ha 3 appartament in totale, noi eravamo a piano terra. La zona pare riservata e tranquilla, però è anche vero che nei giorni che abbiamo soggiornato eravamo gli unici ospiti. A fianco del portoncino di ingresso ci sono dei posti auto riservati e dentro l’atrio a piano terra c’è anche uno stanzino chiuso per lasciare le bici, che per noi è stato utilissimo! Gli ingressi sono con codice, il top per entrare quando si vuole. Gli spazi interni sono molto ampi, c’è un largo corridoio all’ingresso e permette di entrare comodamente con le valigie...le stanze sono più spaziose della media e anche ben luminose. Il soggiorno-cucina da verso una grande terrazza ben esposta da cui si gode una bella vista. L’abbiamo trovata perfetta per fare colazione all’esterno, o mangiare la sera di fuori, anche se noi abbiamo approfittato dei vari locali che ci sono nei dintorni. L'appartamento è completamente nuovo (probabilmente siamo stati tra i primi ospiti ad entrare) ed è dotato di ogni comfort. Segnalo in particolare il bagno molto spazioso e moderno. Altro punto forte è la posizione: scendendo dalla via si raggiunge il lago con una passeggiata a piedi in meno di 10 minuti. Salendo invece si arriva in centro a Levico (5 minuti a piedi) che io considero uno dei centri più belli della Valsugana. Nelle vicinanze, e sempre raggiungibili a piedi, ci sono il supermercato Poli, ben fornito per la spesa e la piscina. Dulcis in fundo c'è una rete wifi super veloce 🙂! In generale tutto era pulitissimo: si percepisce cura e attenzione da parte dei proprietari. Consigliqto per una vacanza rilassante al lago o per esplorare la zona in bici/trekking in montagna. Torneremo sicuramente, magari la prossima volta d’inverno per i famosi mercatini!
