Horrible beds, no kitchen equipment, but a clean place. Will not come back!

The place is clean. It was easy to check in and the contact with the owner was easy.

The beds are really bad and our backs were aching when we woke up. We almost didn’t sleep that night. The aircondition was slow and hard to get to work properly and there was no manual, which resulted in no aircon until the middle of the night when I asked ChatGPT for guidance. The kitchen is really bad, there are no things to cook with! No chopping board, no sharp knives. We couldn’t even cut some fruit for our kids! The cloth and cleaning sponge were old and wet and smelled really bad. Not worth our money at all.

It's quiet at night being on the top floor, the air conditioning keeps the place cool, despite not being in the bedroom, there are shutter blinds so you won't be awoken by sunlight. check-in was easy, there's parking directly outside.

there is nothing really that bad about this property, in-fact it's pretty decent, but having said that this property suffers a bit from rating inflation, and in the interest of being truthful and that I would have hoped other people leaving reviews were doing so, so that others can make informed decisions; based on the current state I'd say it's more like a 6.5 mostly due to: the location, the state of the bed, and maybe some missing things like shampoo and body wash. About the mattress, it is pretty dirty and worn as in the photo, but the main issue is that it is completely warped, so you will not lay flat while sleeping. If it wasn't for these I would have felt pretty satisfied in staying there even despite the industrial location with trucks outside the window.

No air condition in the bedroom, only in the living room. The shower had weak flow and the hot water level was not steady, sometimes getting cold. Owner said he'll fix it.

Tutto pessimo, dalla location all'interno di un villaggio artigianale e di fianco ad uno stabile fatiscente, alle scale sporche, box doccia nero di muffa, wc nero di calcare, lavello cucina con resti di cibo, pentole sporche, polvere, biancheria letti super scadente, muro del bagno scrostato, assenza di attaccapanni e grucce all'interno dell'armadio e forse altro che non ricordo.

Pulizia del freezer e posata non pulita, mancano lampadine ovunque, letti tenuti assieme dallo scotch, asciugamani da bagno indecenti lavati in casa e neanche il minimo indispensabile, coperte di riserva usate, in cucina manca il necessario, Tre e dico tre set di posate a testa, non c'è una grattugia, mancano le forbici, manca il colapasta, mancano coltelli per tagliare il pane, mancano coltelli per tagliare la carne, mancano presine per pentole, mancano sotto pentola, bicchieri spaiati, mancano recipienti per cucinare al forno. Per concludere i cuscini puzzavano. Un disastro.

Ottimo weekend

Ho soggiornato in questo appartamento a Trento con la mia famiglia e l’esperienza è stata davvero positiva. La casa è molto carina, luminosa e curata in ogni dettaglioi. La cucina è completamente attrezzata, il letto molto comodo e le finestre con vista sulle montagne è un valore aggiunto. La posizione è perfetta: in una zona tranquilla ma a pochi minuti in auto dal centro. Un ringraziamento speciale al proprietario Max sempre gentili e disponibili per qualsiasi necessità. Consiglio questo appartamento a chiunque desideri un soggiorno piacevole e senza pensieri a Trento!

Wer nicht viel erwartet, der kann hier übernachten.

Gute Lage für eine Zwischenübernachtung, da nahe der Autobahn.

Die Wohnung war abgewohnt. Es roch nach Urin. In der Schlafzimmertür gab es ein Loch, das unprofessionell repariert wurde, unter den Betten befanden sich Staubflusen, die Bettdecken hatten gelbe Flecken und wenn man die Wohnung verlassen wollte, hatte man von der Wohnungstür den Türknauf in der Hand. Dieser musste dann wieder befestigt werden. Der Aufzug war auch nicht funktionstüchtig.

De prive parkeerplaats waar we onze tenttrailer ook kwijt konden en dichtbij de snelweg. Dit was voor ons fijn voor op doorreis. We verbleven 1 nacht. Goede communicatie op de dag van aankomst en vertrek. Heerlijk de airco

Die Unterkunft ist ab der Autobahn schnell erreichbar. Die Innenausstattung ist zweckmässig und viel besser als was das Bild von aussen erahnen lässt.

Das Haus sieht von aussen nicht sehr einladend aus. Das Bettsofa könnte bequemer und leiser sein, da es bei jeder Bewegung quietscht.
