Grate base to explore the area by motorcycles

No toilet paper on arrival (maybe they just forget to put it), short opening hours of swimming pool (but you can swim in the lake).

It was clean and perfectly located. The little huts were modern and everything works

Late check in at 17h and early check out at 10:00 feels unnecessary. So if you book for two days, you lose a whole day. And as everyone turns up at 17h to check in, we lost another 45minutes in a queue.

Amazing house in bad surrounding

I liked the new cabins – they are probably built in 2025 – everything is brand new. The layout of the cabins is perfect: both rooms are separated by a shared space and each has its own private bathroom. Very good animators.

We were accommodated next to noisy neighbors who smoked around small children and played loud music. When I asked the staff about quiet hours, they hesitated for a long time – it was clear they didn’t know. Then I asked them to speak to the loud guests to turn down the music, but the camping staff refused to do so. It was obvious they were afraid and lacked the social skills to handle the situation. The result - first night with a lot of music. Very disapointing. The next day, I had to deal with a broken washing machine that “swallowed” 4 euros, so I had to speak with the same staff member again to get my money back. That was the most disappointing part – the staff is not hospitable and does not take responsibility for maintaining order or enforcing rules. Only after this incident an info table was printed that the washing machine is not working. It’s also very disappointing that the swimming pool closes at 6 PM. Ad baby pool didint work at all - very very disapointing.

Fantastisk dejligt sted for familier. Der var trygt, hyggeligt og meget børnevenligt.

Hytten var ren og pæn, og personalet på stedet var enormt søde

Der kunne godt være mere afskærmning mellem de forskellige hytter. Man sad lidt for tæt mellem hinanden, når man sad på sin terrasse.

Het water van het zwembad was erg koud, ook was het leuk geweest wanneer er een glijbaan voor grotere kinderen was geweest. De animatie had wat uitgebreider gemogen en wat meer variatie in het programma.

We hadden alles in het huisje te weinig. Te weinig bestek, te weinig glazen , geen koffiezetapparaat. Wel een vaatwasser, maar met te weinig bestek glazen en borden moest je het alsnog afwassen.

• Für 4 Personen recht eng • Fehlende Ausstattung (Spülmaschine und Wasserkocher laut Beschreibung vorhanden, tatsächlich aber nicht) • Schränke nicht richtig gereinigt • Früh morgens (ab ca. 07:45 Uhr) regelmäßig Lärm • Mobilhome liegt nicht direkt am Parkplatz – Auto muss separat abgestellt werden

Vi var det 3 overnatninger på vej videre til noget andet i Italien

Meget hundevenligt og hyggelig beliggenhed. Fantastisk hundestrand meget tæt på. Gik derned hver dag, flere gange om dagen. Baren var super hyggelig og gode priser. Poolen var ok men vandet koldt. God legeplads lige ved siden af hundearealet til at lufte din hund uden snor.

Poolen var alt for kold og vores terrasse til vores mobilehome var for lille.

Leuke gezellig camping met een heerlijk zwemmeer op loopafstand

Het gezellige van een camping, de huisjes zien er gezellig uit met de veranda ervoor. Je kan er een hoop spulletjes kwijt(fietsen, sup etc) Het huisje heeft airco en dat is echt een must. Ook was het meer om de hoek waar je gewoon gratis heen kon gaan en dit was een toplocatie om te zwemmen!

Ik ben geen moeilijke slaper, maar de matrassen van de bedden waren veel te hard. Ook waren de huisje kleiner dan ik dacht. Mijn schouders paste in de breedte niet tussen muur waar de wastafel aan hing😅

Dejlig rolig plads uden alt for meget "cirkus". Virkelig venligt personale. Virkelig fine og nye mobilhomes. Beliggende ved dejlig sø.

Campeggio carino ma non direttamente fronte lago anche se vicino 5 minuti a piedi. Animazione per bambini piccoli. Bungalow nuovi e ben arredati anche se con problemi iniziali di pressione dell’acqua ed erogazione acqua calda. Lenzuola e asciugamani compresi. Staff cordiale e gentili dai receptionists / bagnini/ animazione e bar/ ristorante

Il bungalow al nostro arrivo non era stato pulito a dovere… ci è stato offerto comunque per il disguido un buono al ristorante. Non vi è un minimarket all’interno e nelle vicinanze… bisogna prendere tutte le volte l’auto.

Ottima struttura!

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana a giugno. La casa mobile era comoda, accogliente, dotata di ogni confort. Il personale molto gentile e disponibile. Posizione ottima, vicinissima al lago. La struttura in generale tenuta bene; c'è anche una piscina con lettini e ombrelloni gratuiti

Inserirei obbligo di indossare la cuffia in piscina perché in acqua ogni tanto ho trovato dei capelli

Deluxe Modile Home: Wir wohnten in neuen, modernen Mobile Homes – klein, aber gut durchdacht. Alles Nötige war vorhanden, zwei große Betten boten angenehmen Schlafkomfort. Die Unterkunft war sauber, ruhig und ideal für zwei Personen. Der Service war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit.

In der letzten Nacht tropfte Kondenswasser der Klimaanlage auf den Fernseher, was zu einer großen Pfütze führte. Ein Zimmerwechsel wurde angeboten, war aber zu spät am Abend. Die Klimaanlage blieb daher aus. Das Frühstück war organisatorisch schwach: nur ein Kellner, unklare Zeiten (7:30–8:30), was die Tagesplanung erschwerte. Verbesserungsbedarf bei Personal und Ablauf. (es waren ihre ersten Tage, sie hatten vorher kein Frühstück, deshalb waren wir nachsichtig)

Zu viele Unannehmlichkeiten zum Entspannen

- Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeit direkt auf dem Gelände - moderne Einrichtung des Bungalows mit Klimagerät/Heizung - sehr schöne Lage im Valsuganatal und in der Nähe des Levicosees

- warmes Wasser kam nicht zuverlässig und man musste Glück haben um warm duschen zu können (das Problem wurde auch nach mehrmaligem Melden nicht behoben) - Mini-Disco (jeden Abend 20:30 - 21:30 Uhr) war in unserem Bungalow nahe der Bühne viel zu laut, sodass unser Baby kaum schlafen konnte. Der Nachfrage, die Musik leiser zu stellen, wurde kaum nachgekommen. - Bad und Küche waren nur mit dem Notwendigsten ausgestattet (Salz/Pfeffer fehlten, 2 Rollen Toilettenpapier/Woche) - Zusatzkosten von 10 Euro/Nacht für ein Babybett in einer FAMILIENunterkunft sind zu teuer - kein Hochstuhl fürs Baby im Bungalow vorhanden
