Playground was the ticket for the kids after a long drive. Clean, good parking, helpful staff.

The restaurant in the building was not great (not part of the hotel). Also only cold cuts in the breakfast though that is not uncommon in Italy.

Pefect hotel to stay in Pergine Valsugana

If you need to be in Pergine Valsugana, this is a perfect location - golf course next door if that is your thing - easy parking - nice staff - comfortable room - and a pizza place just next door to the lobby

Location, cleanliness, building, surroundings, restaurant.

Extremely slow internet in the room (0,5MB download) - very big disappointment, noise in the room, missing eggs and white yoghurt for breakfast (too many sweets).

Sind zum wiederholten mal im Al Ponte. Ganz freundliche Leute, saubere Zimmer, gutes Frühstück, ruhige Lage und immer Parkplätze

Die Bettdecken sind seltsam zugeschnitten, zu kurz und zu breit.

NIENTE! Solo l'esterno della struttura era decente

TUTTO! Pulizia in primis, colazione, gestione, personale! A parte la persona che ci ha accolto la sera del nostro arrivo al mattino dopo, lamentadoci perchè avevamo trovato gli scarafaggi in camera e nelle lenzuola acari che ci hanno provocato tosse tutta la notte, alla reception abbiamo trovato solo dei ragazzi extracomunitari che ci hanno detto che avrebbero riferito al direttore (che ovviamente abbiamo chiesto di chiamare ma che non ha mai risposto).

Stanza pulita, personale attento e cortese. Colazione buona e abbondante. Piccola aerea giochi esterna con scivolo e altalene, e corner interno con qualche gioco e colori, perfetto per i bambini.
