The staff at this cozy hotel were very friendly despite my Italian being very bad. Linda was amazing at the front desk. I had to shorten my trip a couple of days & they were incredibly understanding. The dinners were fantastic and despite the town being relatively remote, everything was very accessible. I would certainly consider staying here again!

Wonderful hotel & setting, though not a lot going on Montagnaga itself. Own transport essential to get the full benefit of this outstanding location.
Hotels & food cater very much for the German / Austrian clientelle, with not a lot of what I would expect Italian food to be like, though this was not the case in Verona.
Air-con in the room (101) did not work, still very warm at night.
Pool, small but pleasant.
Did not try the spa & other facilities.
