We stayed for a week as a family of five

The apartment is ideal for a family ski trip. Of course, this is not a 5-star hotel, so I'm rating it on the scale of a private apartment, not according to hotel standards. The host and his family were extremely helpful and very friendly. The apartment is located in the very center of Paganella, with private parking and a ski room accessible directly from the parking area. Inside, there is a fully equipped three-room apartment. Everything was perfect. Grazie mille Mauro!

Great people, great place!

Extremely friendly owner and family. They were also very helpful, and good for a laugh! I strongly recommend this place, also the restaurants, particularly the "Filo d'erba"! Parking was also easy, not always obvious in mountain villages! To put it in a nutshell: very nice place, very nice apartment, and very nice people!

I had an enjoyable stay at this location. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-equipped, providing all the necessary comfort. The hosts were extremely kind and attentive to every detail, ensuring we had everything we needed. A great highlight was the sauna, which offered the perfect moment of relaxation after an active day. The comfort and peaceful atmosphere made the experience truly special. I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a relaxing and high-quality stay! I will return!

Family friendly and friendly family

The property owners were very nice and stayed up until midnight, because we got in late. The apartment was clean and spacious and located in town. They have a nice garden area to sit or play games. It was easy to check in and check out. I would stay there again.

The street noise was loud at busy times of the day, but it calmed down at night.

Un appartamento meraviglioso, dove è stato tutto semplicemente fantastico! Un posto molto accogliente, con un’atmosfera speciale. I proprietari sono persone davvero gentili e disponibili, sempre pronti ad aiutare in qualsiasi momento. Se necessario, possono persino accompagnarti in macchina dove serve — un dettaglio davvero piacevole e inaspettato. Un piacere a parte è stata la sauna, perfetta per rilassarsi completamente dopo una giornata intensa. In generale, solo impressioni positive: comfort, pulizia, calore e la sensazione di essere ospiti di buoni amici. Lo consiglio assolutamente e tornerei volentieri di nuovo!

Abbiamo occupato l'appartamento al piano terra e ci siamo trovati molto bene. È tutto nuovo e molto funzionale, come nelle foto. Siamo stati con i nostri gemelli di 3 anni e mezzo. In viaggio con noi purtroppo è venuta pure la gastro che ha colpito prima me e poi i bimbi. I signori Giovannini, di loro iniziativa hanno chiesto ad altri ospiti presenti, medici, se in caso di bisogno ci avessero potuto aiutare. Durante la notte di capodanno (perché ovviamente i bimbi si sono sentiti male alle 22:30 del 31) alla richiesta di nuove lenzuola per il letto hanno risposto in meno di 2 minuti, per ben due volte. Sono stati super carini, hanno chiesto se avevamo bisogno di aiuto, non hanno battuto ciglio all'idea del vomito dei bimbi in casa loro. Non avremmo potuto desiderare un supporto migliore in un momento del genere. Consiglio vivamente quest'appartamento a chiunque perché è piazzato bene, ha posteggio, è vicino allo skibus, di fronte alla farmacia e a due passi dal centro, perché è un bell'appartamento comodo, ben pensato, moderno e pulito e perché la famiglia Giovannini si merita tutto il bene di questo mondo.

Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia (3 persone e un cane), presso la struttura di Monica e Mauro per il ponte dei Santi appena trascorso. Host molto gentili ed accoglienti. Ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa. Appartamento pulitissimo, dotato di ogni confort. Hanno un'area cani dove il nostro cucciolo ha potuto correre in libertà insieme al loro bellissimo volpino bianco. Infine ci hanno proposto di provare la sauna...una vera chicca in stile nordico con la compagnia del fuoco scoppiettante. È stata una vacanza di totale relax... Che consigliamo a tutti! Anche la posizione della struttura è molto comoda per raggiungere qualsiasi centro di interesse delle varie località dell'altopiano. Il foliage che abbiamo ammirato salendo da Trento era incredibile: mai vista tanta varietà di colori tutti insieme! Grazie di cuore a Mauro e Monica per la grande disponibilità! ❤️
