Great stay

Comfortable and clean room. Check-in went smooth, no check-out. Receptionist came with me immediately to sort out an issue I was having with the room.

An automatized check-in is not the same as a 24hour reception. I was lucky I needed the receptionist only during the times reception was open. It'd have been a lot more hassle otherwise...

Location is perfect and the hotel is really nice and clean.

Beds are a bit stiff, my back hurted a little in the morning. Price feels a bit high but compared to other hotels in the area it's fair.

Strong smoke smell inside the room!!!

The bed was super comfortable and the location was fine.

Somebody (i believe the previous guest) smoked inside the room!! The smell was unbearable. I checked in 2 A.M. and the reception was closed. So i had to sleep like that or lose my money. Its unacceptable that they allowed it to happen!

a faint smell of mold in the room, the quality of pillows and the impossibility to check in at the machine onsite even though the room was already paid for

The young man on duty when we arrived. He was helpful, polite and interesting. The layout of the modular room and air conditioning was excellent.

It all came crashing down when the young lady on reception was less than pleasant, made me feel unwelcome and was rather on the abrupt side. Not expected at A to B hotel chain. This was on the last eve of our last night.

not enough parking and no public parking after 10pm. Area not suitable for families and kids. Heavy goods rail traffic and very busy street created noise all night long. forget about opening your windows.

We reserve a room for a family of four people. We got two room, one with two beds and the other with four beds. So we had to pay two room with six beds for four persons and thay said that they can't do anything about that. That's really not exceptable.

Great value for money !!

Very clean, easy access, very comfortable rooms, easy check inn, very nice rooms.

Everything was great. the only thing is to change the outside totem as soon as possible. It was vandalized and clearly does not represent this nice hotel.

Lovely short break venue

We liked the accommodation which was just right for our short stay. Breakfast was lovely and the views around were beautiful. We would definitely stay again.

We did however have to get a large spider out from the ceiling over our bed and there are cobwebs above the welcome table in our room.
