strange layout of the rooms i find it not comfortable for use

very friendly reception and helpful ) big parking new modern hotel nice interior with a lot great fotos inside and all done with style but maybe some people will find it too cold how ever all look fresh and it nice near ( 20 metres) museum of Leica what was interesting also shop of Leica if you need new camera or watch

strange layout of the rooms if you are couple look picture maybe it not for you just because of that i will not stay there again i find also room cold i change temperature but it dont help much i was alone and there was 4 cushions i must put them all together to make one normal they are very flat in Sunday restaurant is close and there no mini bar and no food et all in all building after long road i shud go out and drive to some place near to eat

Amazing Stay- Value for Money

What you see is what you get. Big Space, enough for family. loved the mini kitchen with complete cutlery and utensils. Breakfast average. Value for money. They provided Cot for my baby. The receptionist was friendly. Don‘t miss the Museum.

One set of towels was not well arranged so I had a doubt if it was washed. The mini kitchen didn’t have dishwashing liquid but good thing I brought some for my baby bottles. Asked the housekeeper to not clean the room but only empty the bins but seem like he did not understand so he just walked away.

It was good!

The hotel is comfortable, we paid for half board (breakfast and dinner). Dinner was well served, the food was good, breakfast is simple. Overall, the service is good, and the beds are comfortable.

On Sunday we were informed that dinner would be at 6:00 PM because the kitchen would be closing early. I found this unfair as there was no prior notice, and there's nothing nearby; you have to drive to the next town. There should be a kids' menu option; my son didn't like the food, he was still hungry, and the food was wasted. The waiters should inform customers of the menu before starting to serve. There's a leak in the bathroom, specifically in the shower stall; after showering, everything gets wet, and water even leaks into other rooms. I found it strange that we had to pay for parking; the exit from the parking lot has a kind of rope to pull, which I found rustic. Perhaps more attention should be paid to the humidity/cleanliness of the room; we found an insect in the child's bed.

A clean, modern hotel — a real paradise for Leica camera lovers. There’s a good gym and sauna, and the breakfast is excellent. Parking is right next to the hotel and costs €8 per day. The Leica store and headquarters are just next door.

Very comfortable hotel for short stays and Leica Welt visits.

Great location, esp. when visiting Leica Welt. Very comfortable hotel with great design and very nice rooms. Large, comfortable beds. Dinner and breakfast was of very good quality. Convenient parking. Lastly, very good value for money.

On one side there’s a busy road. Make sure to ask for a room on the square side, if you’re a light sleeper.

A great and beautiful place to stay to visit the Leica museum and Metzlar.

A really cozy hotel wit a great design and accomodation. The art exhibit on the wall were great. And the people nice and helpful. The room was very comfortable and design. A place to stay and enjoy to visit the Leica museum and headquarter. Metzlar is also worth a visit.

Nice stay in Wetzlar

My partner and I have already stayed at the Leitz Hotel a couple of times. We were always very happy with our stay. The staff was always exceptionally friendly and helpful, the rooms were tidy and clean. This time we also tried the gym and were surprised by the facilities. We will be back!

Very good

Very stylish, spacious and modern, clean. Perfectly located within the Leitz Park if you plan your visit there. Wonderful photographs everywhere! Breakfast buffet was excellent. Evening dinner expensive but very good quality and imaginative, table reservation essential though.

Even though our room was very stylish and had fabulous views, this was maybe a case of style above comfort or practicality. There was supposed to have been a coffee machine in our room but all we had was a kettle and two tea bags and two sachets of cheap coffee for two people staying! I get better provisions in any boring English B&B! The restaurant is closed on a Sunday and there are no other food sources anywhere in the Leitz Park. We arrived by taxi early on a Sunday evening and wished we had had a dinner in Wetzlar town beforehand. We were tired so just called it a day until breakfast the following morning. A discreet vending machine supplying snacks somewhere / anywhere within this vast space would have been very welcome!

Underneath the surface gloss, the basics need some attention.

Bed was comfortable. Room was clean.

Air conditioning did not work so we asked to moved to a different room. In the second room, the air conditioning was very poor. Luckily it was not an extremely hot night. Even so, it was difficult to sleep. Very disappointing for a hotel of this class.

Nicely located next to an awesome museum. Rooms are modern styled, clean and have everything you need. Photographic theme is picked up nicely.

The room was very nicely furnished and the bed was very comfortable. We were greeted by the very friendly staff at the reception, in particular Grace, who kindly accommodated our request for a quiet room.

Our stay at the hotel would have been perfect except for the AC which did not cool the room and could not be adjusted. The lobby of the hotel was however optimally cooled.

Staffs at the restaurant is friendly. Room is very nice. Bed is very comfortable.

Reception staffs no smiles, no greetings. Don't feel welcomed. Airco in room did not work. Luckily we were not staying there during the hottest days Being charged for parking per day while there is plenty of space around the building. Unclear if it's allowed to park for free in the area. Staff just asked do you have a car and their they charge you parking.

Excellent infrastructure with lots to improve in the service mindset

We arrived in the evening (9pm) after a long trip, and were given the keys to a room that has just been occupied by other guests, which was unpleasant for both us and the guests in the room. Because of above confusion, we arrived at the restaurant 10min before closing, so they refused to serve us No late night room service.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. Customer service was on point, the hotel is very modern with a Photography theme and it's located right next to a Museum. Breakfast was great with variety of choices. We will definitely stay here again when next were visting Wetzlar.
