Terrible!

By far the WORST hotel I ever stayed in! This place is a disgrace for Germany and to any standard, it should be removed from booking.com’s offer and be shut down entirely actually. Score 1 given only because 0 is not option. DON’T GO THERE! - No keys during entire stay (7 nights), only access to room via staff who were mostly not avaible at the reception - No Wifi - Parking was a disaster - Room was cleaned only once out of 7 - Part of staff and in particular some kind of manager (with all the appearance and manners of a city cleaned) was unhelpful, unavailable or even extremely rude.

It was uncomfortable!

The location is good

It was so bad that it was almost laughable. The people truly responsible for this hotel are a complete disaster. The key cards didn’t work at all, leaving guests locked out of their own rooms. On top of that, there was no Wi-Fi. The employees are doing everything they can to keep the hotel afloat, but the real management simply doesn’t give a damn. They have zero respect for their staff and their guests.

Good quality hotel with clean rooms and good breakfast. There are some additional facilities to be used for the guests.

Internet was very bad for us being on the 4th floor. There is no refrigerator in the room and when we asked on reception to put our small thing to freezer it was not accomplished.

Acceptable but not overwhelmingly fabulous…

Clean & tidy rooms—KUDOS to the housekeeper team!

Parking lot was dark, a bit creepy if you’re a single female traveler & unorganized… having to get a ticket to depart the lot was troublesome. Breakfast nice but too expensive and the tea selection was unsatisfactory and stake… Unfortunately we didn’t have time to use the pool & relaxation facilities.

Pleasant

The pool and sauna area was nice and relaxing to sit in. The room was very comfortable and the hotel is walking distance from the town centre. The games area and bierstube was very nice, and we played scrabble a few times in the games area.

The breakfast is overpriced at almost 20 euros per person. Only cheese and margarine with bread were there for the vegan options (+ fruit and jams). The sauna didnt have a water dispenser and we had to ask to get robes and slippers as they are not provided automatically. The light in the bathroom of the sauna was not functioning, and when we complained about that sauna area being flooded, the staff came and looked at it but no one did anything about it.

The hotel is really comfortable, with a good sized room, nice bathroom and much resources (as pool, sauna, etc). The staff was really nice, and spoke good English!

It could be a little more clean! When I asked for an extra pillow they offered me a cushion.

The staff was very friendly, the breakfast was poor and the room not well cleaned up. The shower was not working well

There was a huge queue in front of the coffee machine. Waiting 10 minutes. No napkin over the bread so everybody touhed the bread with his hand

Location is very good, staff is very supportive and kind, in the flat hotel building part the rooms are quite big and also silent. Parking is sufficient big for longer cars and SUVs

Great location. Nice pool as well, but fairly small. It was quiet and the staff were nice.

The keycard stopped working every few days so I had to get it replaced constantly, which was frustrating.
