Clean and spacious room, very nice staff, good breakfast.

We were on a long and tiring trip, in the summer with temperatures around 30. There is no air conditioning in the hotel so for a night, we opened the window and try to relax, which was rather diffcult as there was too hot and too noisily. For us, never ever again at the summer time.... It is hotel for the winter.

I don't recommend it

The rooms were clean, the breakfast was good, and breakfast staff were very friendly. Nothing else was good about our stay.

Was listed as having a view - both landmark and water. From our room, all we could see was scaffolding, which seemed to be the emergency exit?, leaves of a huge tree, and the tents over the outdoor breakfast area advertising beer. Also visible: the poorly maintained yard and a defunct swimming pool. The neighborhood felt a bit sketchy. Only one luggage cart, and it looked like one that someone had left behind, as it was like the tiny ones they use at the airport. No good place to pull up to check-in. We headed to the parking garage and rang the bell, where the person didn't have our reservation in the system and didn't want to let us in. We ended up having to reserve the room directly with them in order to stay. No staff are on site at night - good luck if something goes wrong or you need help. When you leave the garage you pull the cord to open the gate. AC didn't work. When you open the window, it blocks the bed. We ended up opening the window and door to the hallway to get a cross breeze to cool off the room.

Terrible. Not worth the money.

Nothing really. Was forced to stay one night due to distance to destination.

Not in a good location. Was told that to upgrade to a quiet room overlooking a river I would have to pay an extra 10 Euros. No river to be seen. Only a couple of dirty empty swimming pools with stagnant water in them. Lots of overgrown weeds around the place. Not a very nice sight from the bedrooms or from the outside breakfast area. In addition not even a fan or portable airconditioner in the room which was very hot. The window could not be left open at night since there was a walkway outside the windows allowing easy access into the room through any window.

Better of at B&B near the Forum

Nice staff at the city centre allowing me to take short walks from the train station, to the old town and to my office.

The hotel is in urgent need for renovation. Decor outdated. Stayed for 3 days and had no housekeeping to my room during my stay. The wifi connection is lousy and keeps failling.

convenient location that offered quick access to downtown facilities. breakfast was adequate. parking was available. loud and noisy street was sound deadened with excellent windows. staff was helpful although seemed a bit overworked.

The hotel is quite well located - between the old town and the railway station. There is a bus stop in the front of it, as well as some restaurants, bars and shops. Choosing an apartment instead of a simple room is a very good idea, as the difference in price is small and an apartment gives much higher comfort with a well equipped kitchen and a separate living room. Breakfasts are rich and tasty (you can have them regardless of the accommodation option you choose). Beds are comfy (and so is the sofa in thew living room). It is strongly suggested to choose a room from the garden/swimming pool side, as the other one may be very noisy at night (the main street, bars etc.).

The hotel is partly incorporated into a residential building. There is no air conditioning in the rooms and apartments.

Comfort flat :)

Location is really good for walking and shopping. The "flat" version of room with kitchen is big enough, nice and comfy beds. All you need for cooking (incl. espresso machine) is there - overall comfy time and we will not hesitate to come again. Parking fine (we had in-house one).

The corridors are really updated and this make not so nice impression. Missing AC is really pitty.

Lot’s of things from description were missing (for e.g brush teeth, fridge). Restaurant was always closed, there wasn’t any food, only breakfast.

Mostly everything Located on a Main Street only a 10 minutes walk from the Old Town area. Underground secure parking at the bottom of the hotel building.

No air conditioning The temperature was 35°C or 95°F on the days I was there. The room was hot with no airflow.

Great value and very comfortable

Very clean and comfortable room. The bed was extremely comfortable. Nice view over the gardens to the river. The breakfast buffet was very good indeed and very friendly service. On site parking was a bonus.

I have been to this hotel before, so I knew what to expect. The position is great it is walking distance to the old town center and to all sorts of restaurants. The breakfust buffet has plenty of choice. The staff is kind and welcoming.

This time the dark curtains in the room were not wide enough to block the sunlight at 5 AM, but I survived.

Very friendly staff. Clean Kitchen and bathroom. Good curtains which make it comfortably dark in the room. Enough kitchen stuff to make a simple dinner. Comfortable bed.

The bedroom was a bit dusty under the bed in non visible corners. Cushions a bit big but that's very personal I guess. Nothing more to mention.
