Lovely location close to waterfalls and bus stops! Really affordable and clean with spacious dorms and comfortable beds. Laundry and bike hire available. Lovely diverse mix of other travellers.
Communal area could get a little crowded when everyone was cooking In the evening but very manageable

It had a nice kitchen area with free tea, coffee, and mandarins. Also had a decent setup for cooking. The rice, curry, toast, and noodles are reasonably priced which is good because the hostel is far from a grocery store and I arrived over the new year so none were open. Showers had good flow and hot water. The hostel has great nature around it and crossing the bridge to get to the hostel gives great views of the property
It was cold in the hallways and bathrooms. The owner was cordial with me but I advise people to read the Google reviews to see the issues others have had with him: mostly that he could
be more welcoming. His bedside manner does need some work, people arrived late and the first thing he said to them was “you’re late”

Private rooms with two bunks and tatami floor. Sound if river. Good kitchen. Many solo guests on a budget. Free breakfast
Location is remote without a car. Bus doesn’t run often
