Excellent location and safe neighborhood and street to wonder around. The view from the room is also incredible. Although it is not sea view, we love to see lion’s head as the frost sight when waking up. It also has a good co-working space if you need to do some work during the trip.

Location and parking facilities were top notch. Apartments were nice with a good view as pictured.

Dishonest staff. I checked out and went for breakfast, whilst eating realised I left something in the wardrobe. As I walked in the bedroom door, I caught the cleaner trying to steal my DJI action camera and accessories by hiding it in the bed sheets he was removing. Be cautious with anything you consider valuable. Also the price was a bit on the expensive side for what you get.

Situated conveniently at Sea point, near eateries & supermarkets. Also has an affiliate gym 5 min away. Spacious & modern apartment that comfortably accommodated 5 of us very comfortably. Had a great view of Lion’s Head from our apartment.

We stayed in a mountain-view unit. We loved the view and its location at Sea Point. The Spar supermarket was just five minutes walk away. Daily housekeeping was very much appreciated. And the staff were friendly and helpful. There was also free parking available for those who drive.

Lights could be brighter. And a full oven rack would have been useful for baking foods. Just small things, we would still come back!

The modern decor and restaurant on the roof with an amazing view.

The fact that it was on the main road. And it didn’t have a pool. It was overpriced for less than 24 hours accommodation.

We booked 4 apartmenrs at this property for a group of 12 family members: two 3-bedroom, 3-bath apartments, one 2-bedroom, 2-bath, and one 1-bedroom, 1-bath. They were all gorgeous! The apartments are comfortable, clean, well-decorated, well-equipped, and, above all, spacious. It is amazing to have this kind of space in a hotel with a restaurant, pool, and 24-hour front desk. We LOVED the location. You are just steps from the ocean and even fewer steps from stop #9 for the hop-on hop-off bus. Regent Street in front of the hotel is lined with restaurants, including an ice cream shop, and a huge Spar grocery store is just steps away adjacent to a mall with ATMs. We felt perfectly safe walking this street even at night. The staff took care of everything we needed, including arranging a transfer back to the airport for our group. I can't comment on the restaurant because I never ate there. Since the rooms have a full kitchen, I made my own breakfast there. I highly recommend this property for the spacious apartments, location, and efficient staff. If you would enjoy the space and amenities of an apartment, you will love Latitude!

The layout of the apartment is practical and beautiful. The location of the hotel is perfect - walking distance from the best restaurants

The property is very well maintained and very clean. The bed was super comfortable and had the aneuof home away from home. We enjoyed our stay. The internet access was great too. Nice location and the restaurant food was delicious too.

Property is perfectly located for exploring the city. Apartments are modern, spacious and immaculately cared for. Housekeeping is brilliant and the restaurant on site offers a great breakfast selection.
