appartamento spazioso, pulito e ben arredato. Comodo perchè vicino a tanti luoghi di interesse. Cristina è eccezionale e super disponibile. Nonostante il nostro ritardo mostruoso ci ha pazientemente aspettato per darci le chiavi di persona. Grazie!!

Very cosy and spaceouse flat. Perfect if traveling by car. Outstanding support from host.

The place was spacious, the host was always available to answer queries and check our well being.

Heating was not available, because of the country-wide restrictions to conserve energy usage. Perhaps this should be indicated in booking.com to avoid misunderstanding. According to the host, washer is only available if we had at least a week's stay. However, booking.com specifies that washer is available with no special conditions and we booked this place partly because we needed to do some laundry. Fortunately, the host agreed to allow access to the loft where the washer is kept. Hot water used up in the middle of a shower on the first night. The next morning the host's brother who lives in the unit below, found the inlet valve to the boiler was turned off and concluded that the service man forgotten to turn on the inlet valve after servicing the washer the previous week. Must be my bad luck. Many rules are laid out in the apartment and it will be better to have them spelt out in booking.com so that people know them before making the booking. We felt somewhat monitored as the host could tell that the temperature of the place was above the allowable and was asked how was this possible and if we had used the fireplace, which was against the law during this period of the year. Of course we did not use the fireplace. Finally, an hour before our check out, all the radiators in the apartment got activated. Worried that we had accidentally triggered them and may be breaking some laws, I contacted the host and was told that they were remotely activated by them to remove the humidity of the apartment. Something that made no sense to me, but what do I know... This has to be our most unusual stay in our three month holiday in Europe.
