Our breakfast experience was perfect. Two breakfast staff were a 10 out of 10! Always there to make sure everyone had a good breakfast and had what they need.
Great location to stay. Very convenient to find stores near by and visit our friends and family nearby.
The beds are 8 out of 10. We slept in more comfortable beds before. Pillows are a bit mushy and can make you toss and turn. But room was clean. In the Hallway we noticed stains on carpet and some smell coming from a different room. I would say that is a customer issue not Hampton Inn issue? We were ok with our room.

The politeness of the staff
My bathroom had hair all over the shower and the tub water spout was detached from the wall.
