Customer service is the First Person to speak when Entering A Place of Business.. Not on 8/29/26@3::21pm. Hot weather, Out of Towners,had Grandson in the car wAC ,But my grandson just got finished playing a Championship football game so we wanted to shower and cool off in the room.
So Anyway My Husband goes in First 5 -10mins Later I come in to Customer Service Lady on Her Personal phone(Not Upset) but Busy back in forth from one computer to another. Still has Not Spoken to My Husband. Who came in Minutes before Me. I come in see My husband seat on the couch. So I’m standing at the counter at this point. No HelloNo Welcome to “Woodsprings”…I will be with You in a Minute NOTHING. Yes She(Customer Service Lady)was Present The Whole Time NOT ONE WORD CAME OUT HER MOUTH FORM THE TIME MY HUSBAND AND I WALK INTO WOODSPRING SUITES IN Orange Park,Fl. Now! We were Patiently Waiting UNTIL the Telphone rings. She picks it up. Greets Them on the phone and Asks Them,”HOW CAN I HELP YOU”? I Was Pissed Now and Yes I Confronted Her. Now was patient until she answered the phone. Then I said something to her. She tried to come with an excuse. I wouldn’t have it all I want to do is check in. I already reserved the room. We were hot. My grandson was in now all she had to do was speak and say hold on for a second. She didn’t say nothing and then answer the phone like we wasn’t standing there that was disrespect. . Now as we leave out there over here talking to somebody on the phone saying somebody had died, but that seemed like it didn’t flare up until after I said something to her because her face didn’t even show that she had a personal issue a person coming in and doesn’t know if a person got personal issues if they do they were supposed to be at customer service cause I ain’t got nothing to do with that. and a crazy part is, I was still a bit one by going to her and apologizing about how I said things not what I said and she still had a attitude so I won’t be coming back. If she works here the staff they don’t even get a stuff she was terrible. She was garbage a black lady. I think her name was Tasha.. if Personal going on and come to work How Does the Cu
