The front desk staff was very polite and accommodating. Check in was quick and easy, there was a small issue with the first room we were assigned. They offered us a totally different room and were accommodating, quick to assist and friendly.
The shower water could be hotter and stay hot longer. The water got cold really quickly.

Location. It’s older but kept clean and in decent repair
Room cleaners use a polish spray on every surface and don’t buff it out so all surfaces are left with a sticky oily coating. We stay here fairly often and find that occupants of other rooms can be quite noisy which is not the fault of the hotel management. On one recent stay a man stood outside our room and played live blues guitar and sang until 2 am. This last time the room next door had a group of people constantly in and out most of the night. At one point their smoke alarm went off at 4 am and woke us from a fitful sleep.

Location and price
They ran out of blankets so I had only a sheet. Cleaning staff use an oily spray on every surface and don’t wipe it off. Fellow guests can be noisy inside and outside
