Love the location. And it was kept very clean

That they were renovating and I had to share elevator with construction workers. And window was covered with some type of material. I could not see out the room. The bath wash container was almost emptied in the shower

room on the first floor, having a desk to work at, location. having luggage carts was a nice help in loading and unloading

would like more pastry options available at breakfast. Fruit was nice but bananas were not as fresh. staff needs more training on new system. i was almost charged twice for my room. i prepaid and the cleark tried to charge me again until someone intervened. i told him i had an email with a "paid" date and he said that was a booking date despice the email specifically stating my room was paid in full

Obvious it was under renovation, carpet in hallway was torn (but it was clean) Breakfast ended too early for many. Totally missed it arriving at 9am…Food was already gone the first day. Got there at 8:30 next day and observed several guests arrive a few minutes after 9, to no food so we weren’t the only ones missing this. Also, no fruit ,except green oranges, no bananas or apples! Glad you had waffles.

Location and first floor accesibility. Parking was good too. Breakfast is good but could use more variety with the eggs and a larger selection of pastries.

The light in the bathroom was dim the first night and then did not work the next night. Had to relocate to a new room. The TV in that room was not connected to the internet so I could not sign into Netflix, Prime or other streaming services. It was not resolved until my last day there. I was there for 5 days. On one day, the waffle makers were not available. Would also like to see a sugar free option for the syrup.
