Rosy was an incredible host, very sweet and welcoming, the view was brilliant, room was clean, cozy and comfortable, ABSOLUTELY book here if you’re planning to visit halstatt and hike the area.

Even though we arrived at the hotel at around 2pm, one hour earlier than the normal check in time, we were arranged for check in wothout any extra charge. Appreciate to the owner on this help!
There are two points that is inconvenient.
First, we were arranged at the top level and the toilet is outside of the room which was not informed during booking.
Second, the ceiling of the room above the bed especially on top of pillow area is very low, and I even hurt my head during my get up from the bed.
Third, it was very hot during my stay period, I had to open the window the whole night to try to cool down but still failed.

We had an unexpected stay at Rosy’s House B&B in Bad Goisern after our car broke down, and we are truly grateful for the kindness we received there ❤️
We made a last-minute booking and got a reply almost immediately, which already gave us peace of mind during a stressful situation. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and everything was perfect for our stay.
The hosts were incredibly kind and even allowed us to check in 2 hours earlier, which helped us so much. After check-out, we accidentally forgot our phone and charger in the room. We contacted them via WhatsApp and received a very quick response, and thankfully we got everything back without any problems.
They were also so sweet to give us coffee capsules for free because we didn’t have small cash with us.
The mountain view from the room was absolutely beautiful, very peaceful and relaxing. The location is also great, very close to Hallstatt and surrounded by amazing nature.
Such warm, caring, and helpful people. Thank you again for everything — we would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Austria 🌸
