I had a wonderful stay overall! The location is amazing, situated right by the southern part of the lake. It is very quiet, and the property itself is stunning. What I loved: The Room: It was incredibly clean and very spacious—definitely the largest room I stayed in during my entire trip. Facilities: Having a large kitchen downstairs with a big dining table was a great bonus. Convenience: There is plenty of parking right next to the building, which made everything very easy.
A few things to note: While the self check-in is convenient, I personally prefer having a physical person to speak with at times. Also, a staff member (likely the owner) knocked on my door unexpectedly to ask how my stay was. It was a bit startling and felt a little intrusive in the moment. Lastly, I noticed a very small, easy-to-miss note regarding a suggested tip amount. In my personal opinion, this felt a bit disrespectful and unnecessary for this type of accommodation. Despite these points, it’s a fantastic place and I truly enjoyed my time there!
