Great location by the lake, the place is clean and I had a little balcony facing the mountain to relax a bit. I did not use the breakfast but it seemed decent. The cleaning staff is great and will adapt to your schedule in the morning.
The room is tiny and quite bare. No kettle, no trash bin, a cardboard cup in the bathroom, no bathroom carpet. There's a constant buzzing sound coming from the bathroom / other rooms which I suspect is tied to the water pump.

The room was very small. The self-check-in process and PIN instructions were confusing, and the property seemed to operate largely on autopilot, with the exception of the breakfast service.
The soap dispenser in the bathroom was empty, and we were unable to find anyone to provide more towels when we needed them.
Overall, there are a few areas where better communication and guest support would improve the experience.

Owners (or emploees) whom we met were very friendly. Clear check in instructions were given. Breakfast was excellent. Everything we ate was hight quality and well selected. The view from the hotel is breath taking. The town is well connedted with Halllstadt - we took ferry there and went back by bus.
The room design doesn't follow interior design trends ;) But still the bed is very comfortable as well as the shower.

Fine stay, amazing location! Didn't see any staff for check in, small rooms, tiniest bathroom, didn't know about the additional parking costs, overall overpriced for what you get!
